my mom found a number in my dad's phone, she called it and it was a woman. she was all upset, thinking that he is cheating. i think she is overreacting but now i don't even know. what should i do? is my mom overreacting?

I am talking to this guy & we had some issues a couple weeks ago that almost caused us to stop talking, it was really my fault why we had that issue. But he is acting different now I have been kissing his *** but i don't feel like feel like it is the same should i keep trying or just let it go.?

I looking for some suggestions for a V-day gift for my wife thats not to expensive. We have been on a tough stretch over the past 2 years. We had our 2nd son 2 years ago and she has had a hard time adjusting. I do about half of the house work each day. Would like to do something special but dont have many $$ to spend. We have 2 babies so any trip would be pretty tough. any ideas?

My bf broke up with me three days ago and I'm still hoping that we can work things out. When I ask him he'll say things like "I can't answer that right now" or "I'll take that into consideration."

Then day after we broke up I got a very strange message on MYSPACE from a girl who claims to be with my man since summer. I've never met this girl and have absolutely no idea how she knows me or knows about my page. My bf doesn't do MYSPACE.

The thing is, I don't know if I should believe her or not. But this morning, I drove by his place on the way hom eand his car wasn't in the driveway... now I'm wondering if she was telling the truth and if he's actually with her. (Even though he's been known to stay over a friend's house after a club).

And seeing that me and my bf broke up three days ago, it's hard to communicate as it is. I'd really like to work things out between us, but I don't want to be nieve and stupid. Can someone tell me what I should do?

I'm taking a legal class in college and my professor said that to have a common law marriage you must:
present yourself as man and wife at least once...
both signed a document as man and wife (any document)
and lived together for any amount of time.
(i.e. you go to a hotel, say you're husband and wife, sign the hotel recipt and stay the night you're common law married!)
What about divorce? Is there such a thing as common law divorce?

one of my friends had a very good 360 page just a day before and suddenly she got to know that everything in her page including her friends and all the blogs and other stuff were gone.
also her messenger wasnt working well and wasnt letting her sign in.

I'm kinda enduring an awkward situation at work. One of my closest guy friends works at the same place as I do and I began to develop feelings for him though he's in a long-term long-distance relationship. I told him I liked him and that it was best that we ignore each other for awhile so I can get over him. Anyway he asked me if I wanted to hook up with him, i said i did, but then he said i should do it with another guy I like. Anyway during all of this, I got mad at him for jerking my feelings around and I ended up calling him a dog, but then I apologized. I said all of this via text. The next day I wrote him a letter saying how sorry I was for how I acted, and that it was better that we treat each other as professionals since he has a gf and I need to move on. The thing is he's ignoring me and has been for the past 4 weeks. Last week, was my birthday and I got a card from some coworkers. He wrote Happy Birthday in it, but didn't sign his name and he's still not talking to me.

Does she like me?Me and my fren (girl) have been very close. I once told her my feelings. And since then, we've really came to a stage where we were more than friends(but not couples). Doesn't anyone find it interesting that everyone KNOWS why men cheat?
Of course it's the fault of the cheater. I won't excuse them. But, the spouse always plays a role, even a passive one.
So when women KNOW what might make their men cheat (nagging, neglect, lack of sex - those are really the only reasons) why are they so surprised when they do? Especially since most women do know that their husbands are unhappy with the nagging, neglect, and lack of sex.
The reasons women cheat are sometimes so complex even they don't know. Some are the same as men's, but women also often just brood in silence and don't tell their husband what's wrong.
I would bet anything that if women gave their hubby a b j once a week the divorce rate would drop by 75%. Can anyone think of anything as easy as that to keep marriages happy?

My guy friend and i have known eachother for nearly 8 months now and i have fallen for him big time. I have a good feeling he feels the same way, acting a bit more than friendly, kinda flirting a bit u know but he has had a very rough life, family rejection etc and i know he ain't gonna make the first move as i think he's scared of being rejected again. I really want to make the first move but how do i do it? Something that ain't gonna like scare him off or be too much. How should i go about it?
