why do guys look down when they're either sitting or standing?

when guys are sitting down, they look down towards their crotch (lol). i've always wanted to know why...i have gotten many answers, but none seem to be correct...

They R not confident or they R lying 2 U. U want some one that will look U in Ur beautful eyes when they talk to U. If they don't they R not sure of themselves & have low self esteem. Hope I gave U something 2 think about.
