I'm a freshman at the University of Cincinnati and don't really like it. I'm almost positive I want to transfer to Ohio State next year. My parents have said "give it a year" and I have agreed but my dad is the problem. He says he doesn't want me to "school-hop" and I've told him that this will be last and final choice. I think my parents attribute my "not likeing Cinci" to the fact that I've gone through so many changes since I got here: Me and my girlfriend of 18months split, I don't live at home anymore, I have to make new friends (hard since I'm very shy), but that's not the issue. I don't like the city. The neiborhood is terrible. It's run down and you can't go near it without getting mugged... I don't know tho.... I just don't like Cinci. Has anyone out there ever been here? If so could you give me some Ammo. I need reasons. I need to convince my parents. Thanks so much for reading this.

my ex boyfriend and i broke up about a month ago because he said there was a piece to the puzzle that was missing but he texted me and said that he didnt loose the piece to the puzzle he was holding on to it and just wasnt paying attention to it and i asked him if he wants me back or something and he said yeah.see he thought he liked me friend and i wasnt talking to him anymore and he told me that there was this girl he thought he was over her but he said once she started talking to him again he decided he still loved her and that girl was me.he said he doesnt like my friend and wants me back so should i take him back or not.i really love the guy and want him back but should i take him back i mean we have been through alot together. are relationship was good except people always tried to get us to break up but we usually stayed together.his friends were the ones who always tried to get us to break up because they were jealoius.

i am 18 and i have a 12 yo brother,this boy is really a great actor,
:when he wants to borrow my pen or something & i say no,
he shouts and yell ,saying "mum he is hitting me " then mum comes and she found that he is crying and setting on the floor.(he is pretending ).
then mum takes my car keys or my wallet saying "show mercy to your little brother".
one time i was really bored when he was pretending and i hitted him but i was soooo luck cuz mum saw me.
i told her many times but she says that i'm a lier

what should i do with that?

i have a boyfriend of two years. But ive been getting very close with another boy (I'm 16, the new boy is 18) my boyfriend it my age.
I talk to him every day. we tell eachother we like eachother. And i feel SO bad for that. i know i sound like a horrible person. And all the responces to this will say "you cant love him that much"
or "you shouldnt be tied down at 16". But im so happy with him. (My boyfriend) i do truly love him with all of my heart. And there is no way in the world i would even 'go out' with the other boy. i just like him an awful lot. he gives me a buzz which ive never experienced before.

Is anyonelse going through the same thing??

my daughter and daughter inlaw were both pregnant and were both due to have their babies at the begining of March but they were both over due and on the 15th of March my daughter inlaw had a girl at 5 past 1 and my daughter had a boy at 5 to 9 and it was the same midwife that delivered both of my grandchildren, jusr thought i would share that with you all xx

is one of those types of people who say that they don't cave into the materialistic holidays and celebrations? For example, Valentine's Day. We've been married for 12 years, have 2 kids and I haven't seen anything for Valentine's day since before our first child - who is 9 years old! I love sentimental things and I miss it. He's cheap and thinks things like giving flowers is a waste of money. He got me flowers at the birth of both my children...thank GOD. What can I do? Anyone else with this issue?

my boyfriend married another woman and i went to see an attorney because we own a house together - the attorney's office drafted a dissolution of marriage document on my behalf and never told me about it...never filed the thing - i never signed it....i just found out 1 year later that the attorney's office did this....i took my boyfriend back after he annuled the marriage to the other person and now he is trying to say that we are common law married - and that i was showing proof by a document that i didnt' know existed - that i considered myself to be common law married to him....if the document that i didn't see never got filed, obviously i didn't file it...i didn't even know it existed....is that a valid document and wouldn't the fact that he actually married another woman count that he never held me to be his spouse because he never held me over any other?

Me and this guy have good eye contact.When we are talking we just about always look into eachothers eyes,except for the occasional glance away.There have been three other occasions and this is what happened.........................................................
1)He was offering food to some people that i sit with and while he was talking to them he was looking at me for a long time.
2)He asked me if he could get something off of me and while he was he looked me in the eye for a second longer.And he hadn't spoken to me all night. After this look he looked down.
3)I was walking along,and i looked up and he was looking at me so i looked back and he didn't look away.there was no smile,he looked serious. i know for sure he was looking at me first.
I've also seen him glancing at me on numerous occasions when he thinks i can't see him. He even came up to me and started talking after this.If i say hi/bye i always get one back and he smiles and does little things for my attention.
