OK, love is not the issue here. You don't decide on who to love, it just happens. Don't go around saying I love you just to say it. It's frivolous. As far as kissing, it depends on how old you are. Kissing will eventually lead to other things.

if you have been together for 4 years and are still happy don't throw that away on a chance that there "Might" be someone better when you like this guy so much kiss him and stay with him for now

ok if you think you love someone tell them you love them and you dont need to date someone else to decide who you love if you love the guy your with them tell him.dont wait because he most likely feels the same way.trust me alot of people would tell you not to wait.
