#1 I never "assume" anything.

#2 The first date is just what it is, a first date and first dates are for getting to know the person you're with not for making out or anything further.

I would think so, or maybe she is a good girl. Some girls are just hornier than others...and most likely she will leave or cheat on you, when she finds someone else who attracts her.
