Why would a separated man let a woman live with him if he wanted to work out his marriage? Even if he felt responsible for her, why wouldn't he just kick her to the curb? Why would he want her around to just see a few times a week, or a couple hours a day?

I have been hook up buddies with this guy for about 6 months now. I have stronger feelings for him then he has for me. I know it will never amount to anything. I have finally for the millionth time told him I am done being his "hook up buddy" but I have such a hard time stopping myself from going over there...any suggestions on how to finally stay strong.

I know that he thinks me saying this really isn't the end because I havent stayed strong in the past.

Ive been married 12 yrs, 2 kids,12 and 3.The marriage started over pregnancy its been rough waters ever since. I spent the last 3 yrs asking him to work on our marriage. For ex. I begged him for 3 yrs to take me on a date,never happened, I would set the date and he still found excuses not to go. He would avoid sex, we argued over everything, he was always aggravated and difficult to talk to. in 2005 we were having an argument,charged me,knocked me down and I got a concussion. after that i told him if things didn't change I was leaving. we are now currently seperated. in our marriage there has been little intimacy, communication, sex and respect. there has been some physical voilence as well. my fear of being alone with 2 kids holds me back more than I want to admit to myself. we did try counseling a few months ago, but it got us nowhere. right now I feel paralyzed with fear. fear to move forward and fear of going back, afraid of making a mistake that my kids will pay the price for.

My girlfriend just turned 21, and so now she's discovering the magical world of clubbing!! the problem is that i'm dead tired on thursday nights, when she goes, and i don't really want her going to different clubs, for the simple fact that i don't know what she's doing. i know, it sounds like i'm a control freak, but on the contrary, i'm not. i just want to spend some "us" time watching a movie, etc. etc. yet, i don't want it to seem like i'm telling her what to do. should i just let her ride the wave? also, she wants to work at Coyote Ugly...don't get me wrong, that's hot, but not when it's your girlfriend, and guys need to take body shots off her, while she's holding the lime in her mouth!!! what can i do to make her not apply?

Well, I got together with this boy but he has a baby daughter. I wouldnt call myself an expert with kids as Im still young and havent got any kids. Most nights he is out working or clubbin, leaving me to take care of his child and it's getting really annoying.
I can't take it anymore because we are always having rows about the baby because even though I dont know how to look after kids, I'm scared that if I leave him, he wont take much care of his child.
Everyone tells me to leve him as the child isn't my responsibility.
What should I do?

My last decent relationship was about 4 or 5 YEARS ago, and it sometimes pains me to say it. Although im not looking for a relationship, it would be nice for someone to be fond of me. not one person's (boy) lips has touched my lips in 5 years . and its frustrating! im going to grow out of my teens without 'young love', and its sooo SAD! :( nevertheless, i do beleive that there is one person on this universe that was meant to love nad be with me. he just hasn't turned up yet...

I don't.How about you look at it, or this is how i see it.
First of all one hand cannot clap meaning one person cannot have an affair by oneself getting the drift, so my point is, if your man and another woman is having an affair then it means that your man is as guilty as the woman therefore she did not steal him so to speak because if he was not interested then nothing would have started in the first place right.
It's just like you if a guy likes you and you already have a man then going with him would make you a cheater right? But the fact of the matter is he did not steal you from your man you was as interested as he was, which resulted in an affair, am i right?
Again look at this. someone may like you and if you don't give that person the time of day then there is no way on Gods' earth anything can come of it because you are not interested. right?

My only brother whom I love dearly has fallin into a bad senario of being not only whipped by his wife ,but his mother and father-in-law constantly run their lives . They couldnt pick a paint color without making sure they approved. Hes the less assertive one on the family and im the one who does not hold my tounge well. Ive conveyed my disapproval for his having no say in what he does with his kids, around the house, what kind of car to buy ...and prob when to eat and go to the bathroom for that matter. It drives me nuts...does this just fall under the .."you cant say nothing " catagory???? if i want to keep in good standings with Bro????

I am may wrong but when a women sexual abuse as we call in the USA of the kids most of the time they enjoying their first time having sex but when a men abuse of a little girl is negative experience that they never forget.

I love the mother and daughter to death (we have been together about 15 months), but I think the daughter, doesn't like me, becuase I take time away from her and her mother. I do spend time with the daughter, play with her, taught her to ride her bike, and help her with her homework. The mother, wants to end the relationship, using the daughter as an excuse, saying "if it were just me and you, it's great", but with the daughter, its not going to work? I think its a cop out.
