Well, it all depends on your assets and what you both have contributed into the marriage. There is much to consider: How long have you two been married? Are there any children in the picture..ect..Sometimes preference will go to the woman, and sometimes to the man. An attorney who specializes in divorces will be your best bet.

Reasons behind the divorce is another issue..just get a good divorce attorney and move on after it's all over..

if a man women divorce and their are no kids involved i think that house cars and other vaulable things should be split evenly. if their are children involved then i think the women or parent that is staying with the children should get the house the car and half of whatever money is in the bank because it is alot harder for a single parent to get back up on his or her feet then it is for a single person.
