sounds to me like dad doesn't want to let go of his lil girl! he has to understand that your'e growing up, and (hopefully) becoming more responsable + mature.
well, first of all, explain to your dad how you feel! this may not be easy for you, but when the time is right and you n your dad are alone, speak to him about how you feel , that hes restricting you from going out! and , lets face it, your 15 yrs old,why not let you out! ask him why hes is restricting you, and then answer him by trying to resolve to issue of his possiable worries!?also, try to reason with him, making sure that you don't make ridiculous times to come back home, or where your'e going to meet him, etc..that will just put him right off, but as i said , make sure you get the point across of how unhappy he is making you feel!
