With me, It's a state of mind. I keep a pleasant look & often a smile on my face. I made up my mind long age that I would look at my blessings & bloom where I am planted & not wind up a cranky old lady. I have managed to do this most of the time in spite of trials & tribulation.God is good.-- Stay happy Ty♥.Your question is refreshing.

Going for a walk in the country...listening to classical music...reading...exercising...taking a relaxing drive...a delicious cup of herbal tea...the company of a good friend...inner peace from meditation practice...realizing that true, lasting happiness comes from within... any happiness derived from an outside source is but transient in nature.

Foot/back massages from someone I know, holding hands, kissing, hugging, snuggling under a blanket, sleeping together, taking a walk, a hot shower, a warm bath with a glass of lemon water with me, reading a good book, holding a new baby, playing with a puppy or kitty, feeling warm sunshine after being stuck inside all day, listening to a favorite song, cleaning a messy area, hearing my honey say my name, watching him kiss my hand, looking into his eyes when he tells me he loves me.
I'll stop there. I think that's enough.

After a hard day at work to come home. Your partner helps with dinner and the dishes. Thanks you for a lovely meal , nibbles on your neck while helping you do the dishes. Comes up behind you and gives you a hug for no reason. Ask you to curl up on the sofa and watch a movie. When you are shopping for grocery he goes with you and holds your hand like you did when you were dating.
Kisses you good bye in the morning and say I am going to miss you and means it.

Little things mean a lot. I guess you are referring to romantic gestures that don't cost anything. I value just being told I'm loved. A hug. A smile. Most importantly, being cared about and loved.

A lot of things...

The fact that I can wake up each morning and not have limitations

My smiling toddler

The roof over my head, the wind in my hair, the food in my refrigerator, the touch of my lover

I could go on and on
