I met this guy a month n a half ago at a party. We started talking on msn n on the phone..We tried meeting 2 times but it ddnt work out. Since that time he kinda stopped talking to me, i dnt see him as much as i used 2 on msn n i feel hes kinda runing away from me coz on msn he dnst talk he always says hes watching a game n then he would talk later. I kinda had enough of this i dnt want 2 be the only one trying to make it work here so i jst stopped calling him but smsed him a few times but still his answers r very boring n i feel hes not trying to open conversations n stuff. He stopped talking 2 me 3 weeks ago but we talked like once between every week. I feel he's trying to make me chase him..is he playing hide n seek here or is he not intrested? why is he acting like that?

mean to me?I am a freshmen in college and shy or quiet.I only recently have started to come out of my shell.Anyway this guy in my history class wont leave me alone?I have never met him before .At first it was just teasing which was okay because i teased back and we had some friendly banter.Then the last class while i was talking to this cute guy who sits next to me he just started being cruel and making fun of me for no reason?What can i do to make him stop?

Each parent has custody of one child.
Father pays for health coverage for the child he has,
Mother pays for health coverage for the child she has.

Divorce decree states each parent pays for the health coverage for each child they have.

Under the Extraordinary Health Care Expenses it states:
Father pays 100% for his child
Mother pays 100% for hers.

Is this saying that if the child that resides with the father has to have major surgery, the father has to pay 100% of the costs? Or does the costs get divided according to their respective incomes as does all other expenses like child support, travel, daycare?

My BF and I have lived together for over a year, we each have a child, and his ex refusses to meet me. It was kind of funny at 1st but now it's kind of irritating cause I get the feeling that she talks crap about me to her daughter - or takes her daughters side when we have issures. I can't figure out how to break the ice? She wont come to the door and ignors my phone call when her daughter uses my phone to call her. The ex's sister & I are even friends, she said she is just immature and will get over it someday. - But when? I think she needs to communicate with me but how do I get her to when she is so stubborn?

If you were or are married and something happened to your partner that you couldn't have sex forever would you stay with them and find sex else where? Or would you divorce them? Or would you do something else?

Just curious. I know someone who is in their 30's and said if his wife couldn't give him sex he would stay with her and take care of her but look elsewhere and he feels she should give him permission and be understanding of his needs.

I would think most people would stay and not look elsewhere.

What do you think? And, what would you do?

So in California if the mother of my child gave child enforcement all my information, including my parents info and my social security is there anyway I can get of of pay for child support? Yes, there has been a court order already and I have to pay 256 per month plus back support since the child was born. She has full physical and legal custody and i have visitation that is mutually agreed upon us. I have to notify her if i have any intention to visit my child. My daughter is 8 months old and i haven't seen her. I'm scared of being a dad..I ain't ready! If I don't pay child support they won't come after me even if there is a wage assignment right? Can I take the ***** back to court and get everything in my favor and not pay? Can I change my social security and not report my taxes and or jobs?

me and my ex went out for alittle over a month. Then she broke up with me and said that she just wanst to be friends and dosnt want a bf right now. I pleaded with her to give me another chance and aplogized numerous times but she still said no. I tried to get over her and even started to like another girl but I still love her. Im still not over her b/c we have alot of the same classes and I see her everyday and I get remined everyday of how wonderful she is and how much I want her back. I miss her so much and still really want to be with her and really like her and maybe even love her. So im askin What should I do. I asked her to hang out a couple of weeks ago just as friends but realized it would just bring back old feelings and cancled the date before it happend. I dont know what to do anymore.

We were coworkers and I gave her a nice compliment saying I enjoy being around her. She said "that's so sweet." So as I left she went and asked one of my coworker friends if I had a cursh on her. My friend said yes. She said well I think he's cute. My friend told me she thinks i'm cute so I went and told her that I have a crush on her. She said "that's so sweet. She gave me a hug and after we hug I told her I would of told her sooner, but you have a boyfriend. She didn't say anything about that really. So the next day she walks behind me and pats me on the head and saids hey. I gave this girl this crush note, well here's what it said When we first talk and after the conversation was over I started to like you. So everytime when you talk to me I get butterflies and feel tigly inside. Also when we make eye contact I get nervous. That's why you see me not making too much eye contact with you. I enjoy your company. I still have a crush on you.When you told me you might get another job I was sad. You're such a sweet,kind, and caring person. Your very pretty.You have such a beautiful smile and it makes me smile too. You have pretty hazel eyes. I can't stop thinking about you. Your always on my mind. If you don't like me the way I like you. I'll understand and we can just be friends.
I gave it to her 2 weeks ago and when I saw her the next day she didn't say anything about it. But she was receptive she gave me a big smile and I was too stupid to do nothing. I was kinda down that day and really didn't feel like talking. Anyways I didn't tease her back or flirt with her back because she has a boyfriend. I played it cool and kinda ignore her I just wasn't in the mood to talk. And she knew that. Anyways she thought I lost interest in her so she said "You don't like me anymore" and walk away fast and look back at me and smile at me.When she said that I knew she kinda like me or she was just playing games with me. She knows I still like her, but she has a boyfriend. Her boyfriend makes her come into work crying sometimes. I don't know why she stays with him, but she does. Anyways she didn't say anything about the letter still. She show all her co-worker friends the note and told them I like her. She never told them that she likes me. I gave her a christmas present. It was a glass angel. I also wrote a note to her this is what it said. "If I could talk to angels, I'd ask the one who watches over you to make sure you always know how much you mean to me and how much your kindness has touched my heart. May you be blessed by the Lord. The maker of heaven and earth. May he watch over you and bless you with good health and happiness always. You're a wonderful person and a very special friend and today just seemed like a good time to tell you so. This gift is the angel of friendship. She reminds me of you. I hope you have the best christmas you ever had. I hope you are well and smiling. She was about to cry after she read it. I told her not to and she gave me a hug and that was it. She talk to friend and he told me what she said. "Well she like it, but she didn't want it because her boyfriend would be so mad at her for accepting it." She didn't give it back to me, she left it in the front office and told the manager about the situation. She told him that I like her and treat her different than other girl employees and she feels uncomfortable around me. And told the manager she just wants to be friends with me. She did keep it after she clock out of work. So this past wednesday I was walking near her and the manager and she thought I was walking towards her, but I wasn't she walk away pretty fast in a different direction. So we both ignore each other that night. And havn't seen each other since. Her coworker friend said she talks about me, but nothing negative. I think the manager question her about the angel when she brought it in the office and that's why she told him. Were both in our late teens. Some of the girls that work there are jealous of her. I guess it's because the manager saids to the other girls "If there were more girls like her are business would be alot better." He said that because she is really nice to the customers.
The female employers say she a flirter. I haven't seen her at work in a week. The managers tried calling her, but she hasn't answer the phone. There thinking she quit. She miss three days so far. I go to school with her, but I haven't gone in 3-4 days, but I went today. And I heard her and her friend saying she got a new job where her boyfriend works at. She was talking to her friend right by me so I can hear this. I waited to see if she would talk to me instead of me trying to talk to her, but she didn't she ignore me and I ignore her. I was talking to this other girl who was a new student and she walk past us, but ignore us like we weren't there. So when I was about to leave she got out of class saw me and turn around and called her friend to come here then I left cause my ride was here. What do you think that meant? So we haven't seen each other in a week, but I will see her tomorrow at school in class. Should I try and talk to her or let her come to me? I'm thinking about talking to the new student who goes there now. Not to make the girl I like jealous, but get to know the new girl and see if I like her, but what if the girl I like starts to do something about it? I don't know what to do? I still kinda like this girl, but I just don't want her to get mad for talking to another girl to see if I like her or not. I went to school today and I think the new girl is takin. This guy sat by her and talk to her all through class. But the girl I like was trying to figure out why I been ignoring for the past 2 weeks? I heard her and her friend talking about me. All I heard was her saying is "why is he ignoring me for. I was nice to him" she said. So she kinda tried and get my attention I was walking behind her and she turn around and see if I was looking at her. I didn't look at her I look straight down the floor. So she turns her head around and saids I for got something and tries to bump into me. That was that. So i'm playing hard to get so how long do I do this? I feel totally betrayed by him, he just now decided to admit he has cheated on me. And based on what he told me, he has never been completely faithful to me since we have been together. My feelings are all over the place. I dont want to be with him. But we have a 3 yr old child. What should i do? He says he wants to be with me and that he is in love with me. Two years ago, I was supposed to pee in a cup, but I refused 'cause it's nasty and whatnot, and I didn't have to pee at all.

How long does it take to get marijuana out of your system? If I start smoking marijuana today, how long will it get out until February comes, or can I cheat the "system". Lol.

Or can I refuse? Because I refused last time, so can I refuse this time? Sometimes I don't have to pee anyways, so can I ask to do it another time like two more months or next month like.. March?

No need for any lectures, I just need an answer with no extras in it like "THAT'S BAD", etc.

My wife gets infuriated when we talk about my ex. wife. I get upset at my ex. and what she is doing to my kids and need to vent and my wife is my best friend so I vent to her. However if I mention something like my ex. tricked me into having another kid because she said the Dr. told her she couldn’t get pregnant, she goes ballistic. She says now she has visions in her head of me and my ex. wife being intimate when it was just a discussion that went a little out of wack. Then she tells me that I get so upset when I talk about my ex. that I must still love her. Honestly I can’t stand the ex. and she infuriates me. Just like if I came home and needed to talk about a boss that infuriated me it doesn’t mean that I actually like him because I talk about him a lot. It seems to be a deep rooted insecurity she has and there is no basis for it. She once told me one of her friends told her that “a father will always love the mother of his children” which is not true in anybody I know that has been divorced. She has this deep rooted fear that I still care about my ex. and I don’t know how I can shake that fear from her. Other than to stop talking about my ex. (which I need to from time to time). All I’ll do is go to someone else and talk about the ex. when I just need to vent and I don’t want to do that. Maybe I just need to stop talking about her all together when she’s around.
