well lets just say that ive known him since the 1st grade. we have been best friends since. and ive know his sister, before she was even in kindergarden. now shes in the 8th grade and im in the 10th. she asked if i wanted to go out with her and i said idk, i have to think about it. and i really dont want to ruin our friendship, but the more i think about it, the more i like her. i dont know wat to do. plz help

WELL, my friends sister also likes me and i keep away because if anything happens between you 2 your friend and you can end up in trouble and angry at each other. so if you want something with her talk to your friend and get things straight with him and her.

Well, This all depends on the personality of you and your friend.If he gets along good with his sister and also believes that you are a good guy that would never mis treat her than it shouldn't be a big deal.But in friendship law its only right if you let him know about this before making a decision,You have been friends for a long time and have proven this friendship to mean something to you both.Don't risk this friendship by not being straight forward and upfront with him.Give him the chance to give his thoughts on it with you.If he says, No way man I don't want my best friend to date my sister, than you should respect his feelings and find another girl to date.Good friends are hard to come by and girls are all over the place.Who's to say you and his sister would last as long as his and your friendship will.Don't chance a guarantee for a small possibility.

a high schooler dating a middle schooler??? awkward! u have so many new people to meet and date that r more mature than her, go exploring... ull never know who u will meet. plus if u dont find anyone, ask her out next year when shes in high school with u. it will make things a lot easier if she goes to the same school. nd ur friend will just have to deal with the fact that his lil sis is growing up

Hi Chewey.. Although the age difference between you isn't so great, the maturity level is... You can't win in this situation... She probably actually has had a crush on you for a while... My advice, acknowledge her feelings but don't get involved... you're just asking for trouble if you do...

I like my brothers best friend, however I'm in highschool and hes well into college.
First you should probably check it out with your best friend to see if hes cool with you dating her.
If hes not, try to explaine it to her that it can't happen right now.

Don't worry about it. He's got a sister, she's going to date guys, and he's going to have to deal with it.

well your in high school and she is still in middle school wait til she is in the same high school as you becuase disntances can make you to part. If you love her tell her that but that you should only talk to her and then offically date when she gets into high school.

you are in tenth grade. you should not be dating an eigth grader, think of what everyone will think! but if you like her date her your best friend should support your decision
