me and my ex have known each other for almost 2 years and within that amount of time we had good times n bed times well somethings happened and doesnt want to believe anything i say and that hurts me alot. when i tell him i love him he says he loves me too but at times he acts like i dont care about him or love him so im jus wondering how i can ever show him i really care for him and love him dearly cause i do

When you love someone, you want to make their lives better. Not better the way you think it ought to be, but the way HE defines as better. And if he won't tell you, you have to try to guess.
You say the problem is he seems not to believe that you love him. Why is he your ex? What happened? It seems there are unresolved issues there. Is it trust that is the problem? Jealousy? Some other symptom that has to be examined from all sides, not just the conventional, not just yours, not just his. All sides.
Be creative: if you and he had a shared dream, what would it be? Can you figure a way to build that Yellow Brick Road?
