California child support?

So in California if the mother of my child gave child enforcement all my information, including my parents info and my social security is there anyway I can get of of pay for child support? Yes, there has been a court order already and I have to pay 256 per month plus back support since the child was born. She has full physical and legal custody and i have visitation that is mutually agreed upon us. I have to notify her if i have any intention to visit my child. My daughter is 8 months old and i haven't seen her. I'm scared of being a dad..I ain't ready! If I don't pay child support they won't come after me even if there is a wage assignment right? Can I take the ***** back to court and get everything in my favor and not pay? Can I change my social security and not report my taxes and or jobs?

are you a loser or something. no you can not do that. do you think that just because you are scared to be a dad that gives you the right not to have to pay for the child you made. you weren't scared to have sex, so now you have to pay. i work with child support in several states, if there is an order and you have a job, they will find you.
keep this in mind, how would you like it if when your daughter is older and has a baby and the father takes off? i don't know why men think that its ok to do this.
changing you ss number is not going to help, and when you fail to pay your taxes you will go to jail, i am sure that is scarier than being a dad. step up to the plate and pay for the child you made. just keep in mind, when you get a job, within 90 days, the state will know about it, and they will take the money out if you want them to or not. cowboy up and take care of your child. if you fail to pay, well, that to, will get you a free ride to jail.

Once she has given them your info ... it's in the system forever ... until you are fully paid off or sign parental rights over you'll be paying child support.

Even if you work for cash the sum is still being added up over the years ... Once you get a real job that social pops up & they'll start garnishing your wages - plus take more for back child support - until you catch up or change jobs.

You can take her back to court - win sole, physical & legal custody ... keep the child full time - and you won't have to pay ... but you will still have to pay what you owe. Having a baby full time cost a hell of lot more than $ 250 bucks a month dude ... !

Lets see ... a life of hiding & working shitty jobs ... or take care of your f*cking responsibilities and pay a measly $ 250 bucks a month ... are you kidding .. you really must not know what it takes to be a parent ... poor me - I'm scared ... blah blah blah ... poor child for having no choice ... if you weren't ready then you should've kept your pants on ... You must pay it even if you dodge it and the child is over 18 they will still get you 25 years later. So be a man and pay it, be a bum or move out of the country and never come back. (they can still get you in some countries so it would have to be 3rd world) The last option suicide.

Are you still WHINING about this? No there is NOTHING you can do to get out of pay YOUR obligation. YOU unzipped your fly, YOU pulled down your underpants and YOU partook in sexual activity. YOU are responsible for the consquences of YOUR actions and child support is one of those consquences. You are not allowed by LAW to change your social security and your employer reports ALL payments they make to employees so you will be caught up with and tossed into prison for that if YOU don't report your earnings. Grow up. Stop whining, suck up and face the fact that YOU screwed your life up...
