I have been divorced for 5 months and my son lives with his father. Who is allowed to claim him on our taxes. we have joint custody. i have heard alot of different answers to this quetion, but if anyone in florida has been through this, and know the real answer please let me know.

Ok what this is about, I've been working at a good job for a few years now. And the problem is not the job it is my dad he live's with me he does not pay any bills to help out, except the home phone, , Now i figure it was kindness to let him live with me but it has gotten to a point that he take's control of everything I tell him not to smoke in the house and in the car that's just to name a few and he does it anyway now for all you people yes he's my dad and I realize he raised me and everything he was there when i needed him And i'm her now when he need's me but the point is how do you tell him that enough is enough either do something or get out

My sister has a mood problem and sometimes she used to lock me in our laundry room throw peanut butter jars at my back punch me in my back and till this day I can't stand my back that straight so most of the time of kind of hump backed and my mom dosen't say anything but u should've left her alone and most of the time I didn't even do anything the other day she got mad and broke my gameboy sp just because I told her could she tell her friend not to leave beer in my room anymore all she does is sit on her butt eat and mess up and is lazy and my mom dosen't care What she do to me Would this be considered as child abuse?I am tired of this!

But she still loves him she said.I romaced her the first time we met together,and she didn't say a word,i stoped moving foward cause i still respect the love she have for her hubby,so i ended up the meeting and never get in contact with her any more but she still come to our house .Now here are my questions 1.Should i have gone further

When a guys says hes going to be happy with me getting married but hes not going to be happy what does that mean?

Is it becuz its not going to be him with me?

My ex said this to me the other nite cuz he told me that i need to go out and find my mr. right cuz he told me that he never wants to get married or have kids or any other gf again.

I told him i would get married if it would make him happy and he said that he be happy for me but he wouldnt be happy............

Hes confusing me!

I'm a senior and last week my ex-best friend jumped me ('cause she's only a stupid freshman who can't do it by herself) with two other girls and ended up giving me a swirlie at school. She's just mad because I kissed her boyfriend like 2 months ago. Now not only does everyone think I'm somekind of ho, but now everyone knows about me getting my face flushed in the freaking nasty toliet at school too! I can't even go to school today. How am I suppose to show my face? One of the girls even said she recorded a video of it on her cell phone and threatened to put it on You Tube if I don't say I'm sorry. :(

My brother is 33, and is visiting my husband and me. We are trying to get him a job in our town, my mother (63, grade 1 school teacher), phoned last night and said he must come home. She's alone and misses him. My father passed away 8years ago. I told her he must think of his future, and there are no jobs in their small town. She said, she doesn't care, she's alone and wants him home. What can I tell her so she can realise how neccesary it is for him to work. I stay in South Africa. He says he wants to take the bus home? i have this best friend of 9 years, we had a big blow up recently, i felt very betrayed (she backstabbed me to her boyfriend), she also accused me of revealing her secret (breaking up with her ex) to another mutual friend. I try to talk to her about our disagreement but everytime she told me to forget about it. I feel we both have the resentment but because she was unwilling to talk about it, we are stuck and staring to drift apart. She is a very shy and passive aggressive person. Should i try again (knowing she would refuse to discuss) or should i end this friendship?

well my mum and my 4 yr old brother have come from interstate and are staying for a week and this is one of the first times ive spoken to them for a few years now due to a fight,now the problem im having is that she is divorced but is seeing this guy for the past 3 yrs and he just decides to turn up at my house uninvited and stay for a few days with her witch i regregtably accepted(what can i do if ppl invite themselves) anywayz they just decided to start making plans to go out, to dinner,concerts etc and just expect me to mind my brother without even asking me first and tonight they have gone out for dinner but just dumped him on me,with a shitty nappy(he is only half toilet trained) and on the way out they attempted to change him but then the taxi came so they dropped everything and ran for it,and said oh well he is ur brother after all u fix it,then ran off,without telling me what time they'd be back,now i have a 2 yr old myself who needs looking after do u think this is fair on me

mycousin recently asked me to be her chief bridesmaid and now i look at the invitations it is stated that someone else is the matron of honour, which i thought was the chief bridesmaid, when i asked her she said that i am the chief bridesmaid but because this other lady is married and i am not she has to be called matron of honour not bridesmaid? is she just filling me with a non truth and really this other lady is chief?

Good news before the bad I suppose:
My fiance is a wonderful man, an amazing provider, and has not only found room in his heart for me but for my children as well. He's also tremendously supportive of me returning to school (even though he jokes about me being his retirement plan....lol).
However, he has one major flaw that makes me wicked mad, he never, ever, ever cleans up after himself. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it when he cooks dinner (he is so much better at cooking than I am) after he's been working most of the day but he just doesn't know how to clean up after himself. Last night he made spaghetti with ground meat and left a greasy, saucy mess for me to clean up. It wouldn't bother me but until I get a chance to clean it up (I'm usually busy helping the kids with their school work) it's dried on and takes forever to clean up.
I have to admit, it really doesn't make me wicked mad but I sure as hell find it annoying.
What's your opinion?

I have been married for 10 years. I have 2 kids and a very loving husband. I love him and my kids and my life. The thing is I have this ex boyfriend from before I met my hubby that I still have totally innocent contact with. If my husband found out he would be crushed! theres a guy that ive been noticing for a long time he works at a place i visit all the time.when i see him i feel like i cant breathe i get butterflies and he's all i can think about for hours later.i know this sounds crazy but i have a feeling we're ment to be...i dont no why its just how i feel,i dont even know him.when i first ever nothiced him when i was 14-15 i was real slim a very female body uno all the right curves in the right places!i always looked immaculate perfect hair and make up i walk past him giving him a flirty stare and flickin my hair and he noticed me alright he'd stop what he was doing just to watch me walk by and im not the type to say that if i didnt believe it!! anyway now years and a baby and gained weight later we still do the whole stare thing but i feel like absoulte sh*t i look so different because i put on alot of weight now im like a size14-16 and i just dont believe i'd have a chance with him anymore how do i find out? im too shy to even speak to him.

She found out I had an illness that could lead to prostate cancer when she found some things in my bag. When she questioned me about it I was hesitant but upfront and told her after the fact. I even gave her a LEGIT doctors note stating my condition b/c trust has been a problem in the past. It's nothing that can hurt her but it is harder for me to have children (which I was embarrassed about b/c that is something I really want with her) She understands why I didn't tell my family but not her when we are supposed to tell each other EVERYTHING. I feel bad that we broke up and miss her. She says she wants to work on our friendship some more and see what happens from there because we're still not READY for a relationship. Did I deserve to get dumped or is she overreacting?

ok here's my problem,i've been with this girl over a year and recently found out she cheated on me, it took everything i had to let it go because she was so remorseful and begged me not to leave her, for about a week she was acting as if she would die without me, but now she doesn't call me when she gets out of work anymore which she used to do daily for a year, she keeps her phone on silent when she's home with me, when i call her she says her phone"is messed up" so she didn't here the call, but swears on her kid nothing is going on. i know i know, she probably is seeing this guy, but why won't she admit it to me, i've told her straight out i'd leave if she wants to be with someone else, and yet she deies it denies it denies it, but it seems so obvious something 's up. i love her and don't want to end it, but if there is someone else i need too. why won't she just tell me though.is this a case of her wanting her cake and eating it too? i just don't trust her anymore.
