First,I give you credit for living in an insane situation. Second, the fact that your parent is responsible for you and your sisters behavior says it all-if you are underage then your parent(s) should be raising you with responsibility, safety and rules of behavior-.I would keep my distance from my sister if I were you and seek help from the consuling system at your school and the school nurse first. You need to get checked so that you know whether you have a serious injury and someone needs to talk with your Mom about her responsibilities-esp. concerning reigning in your sisters behavior. Her life will be ruined too if something isn't done-The gameboy isn't the lasting issue here- its the fact that she has no concern for you, your possesions or her own morals and responsiblities or civil behavior. How old are you and your sister? Beer in your room? If youre over 21-get a job and get out- if she is, then she needs to get a healthy dose of the real world and get out herself. Talk to someone- good luck. Staying clear of a hurtful person doesn't mean you have to hate them, that only hurts you!

It sounds like your Mother is being negligent. I understand that your sister has a problem, but your Mothers job is to protect you as well. How old is your sister that her friends have beer there? It sounds to Me like your sister is the one in control of the house, and your mom needs to take control back. I know that doesn't help you though. Try talking to your Mom, and tell her exactly what is going on. What about your Dad, is he any help? If you truly have the feeling that you have "tried" to fix this situation on your own, and nothing changes, I do think if I were you I would talk to a school counselor. If they feel it is child abuse, it is there job to report it. Good luck.

Tell your mother to stop her and that you haven't done anything to provoke her. And don't provoke her. Ignore her and she'll be even more upset and eventually won't bother you. Wear a brace of some sort on your back so if she throws something at you, it won't hurt as much. If you have bruises there, see if you can't get some pictures....for future evidence. If mom doesn't do anything to stop her, go to your guidance counselor at school or your aunt or someone you can trust. This doesn't sound like a good situation your in. Wish you the best.

If you are under 21 and someone is leaving beer in your room, then you can contact the authorities as that could be seen as contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
It sounds that your mother isn't very concerned over this, so I would contact a juvenile center - that is if you want to open this can of worms.
A lot depends on your age. It doesn't really sound like child abuse, it sounds more like neglect - which is just as bad.

I think your sister just needs a reality check! She is lucky I am not her sister cause this is how I would handle her. I would have to let her know first off, that no one is scared of her here and don't do anything to me you don't want done to you. Have your sister ever woke-up to gum in her hair or **** on her tooth brush. Maybe given with bleach on her clothes. Sometimes you have to give them what they give you. Dear your sister is a bully. Show her this is a new year and you are not having it.. You now have your own Mood Swing so she better step off, before you swing all over her.

Yes, that is child abuse, and your mom can be held responsible for letting her do this to you
