Well it depends on if you can trust this person or not i mean if you know truly then you should know if he would do something like that to you or not...If you don't know him then i guess i would be cautious and skeptical of him guys are tricky i would ask him who ashley is especially if he goes to a different school! hint hint he most likely is involved with more than one girl.

It does not necessarily mean that he is cheacting on you. Did He give you an explanation? Maybe he was expecting a call from some body. However I would try to be observant. If he is cheating on you, you will be able to tell. However, trust is an important factor in a relationship. So you should probably confront him. And by confront him I do not mean ask him if he is cheating on you. I would simply ask him why it was that he called you ashly. Another possibility... depending on how long you have been going out with him... It could be that his last girlfriends name was ashly and he is used to her calling him and the name just slipped out...

Yes, he is cheating but don't take it so serious. It is bond to happen sooner or later. It is better sooner then later. Suck it up and now you know what you need to do. Don't be a fool, just show him that you are a strong independent woman with alot of respect for herself. If he don't not have enough respect for you to not call you some other females name, then you will move on until he shows you different. And sit back and receive all the gifts. Then you decide if you want to continue the relationship. But whatever you decide, just know you are a queen and you deserved to be treated that way!

YES, he is most likely cheating on you. OR he has the hots for another girl (Ashley) and he was thinking of her when he answered the phone. BUT I would go with he is cheating.

If he hasn't got any relative whose name is Ashley, I think he's cheating on you yes. But before you get to conclusions, I suggest that you talk to him and make him tell the truth, the real truth why he called you so.

It could be one of his ex's names, because i have been engaged for two yrs and i still every now and then call my fiancé by my sisters names or my ex and i am not cheating. But cheating could be a huge possibility, i think you should ask him and you will be able to see in his face whether he is lying or not (so make sure you do it in person).

Good Luck, hope he isn't cheating!!!!

Yes, he is cheating on you.

You should have dumped him two seconds after he called you by another girl's name.

If you hang onto him he will continue to string you along for as long as possible. He might even come up with a plausible excuse for calling you by someone else's name.

Get rid of him. You can do much better.

you cant tell he's cheating just because of that little mistake. you should find out who's ashley and just be more careful.
