I am 16 and my brother is 14. We usually get along but as kids we would fight a lot. Now it seems like we fight over something everyday. When we were younger we never physically fought becasue I was big for my age and he was small for his. Right now we are about the same height. Sometimes we might wrestle over something. I thought as teens you get along more. What I am going through, is that normal and will we stop fighting about stupid things soon?

Im going to be a bridesmaid in my friends’ wedding. I have known her my entire life (24 years) and we are going to try on and buy the dresses this weekend. I called her a little bit ago and asked her ‘who is paying for the dresses?’ she said that I will have to pay for my own. Then I asked ‘how much am I looking at?’ She said possibly $200.00!!!

I just moved out and I have to pay rent and all my bills. I can afford to pay $200.00 for a dress that I only going to wear for a few hours!! And I know that she will have us pay for the shoes and hair…
Im getting married in May of 2008 and I plan of paying for everything. I think that is the proper way. It’s HER wedding, if she picks out a dress that cost that much, I think that she should either pay for the whole thing or a least half it with us. (It’s only me and her sister in the wedding).

Here is my question:
How can I tell her that I can’t afford to pay for this? I have my own stuff that I need to save for and pay for…

My husband didn't work for almost a year because he was unfairly terminated from his job. He just wouldn't get back out there and try again. Now he is finally back to work and he works alternating days and nights . He hardly talks to me when he's home and we haven't slept together since he went back to work. I am so lonely. What should I do?

i like this guy at school. but i don't wanna talk to him. and plz don't say just talk to him. i am shy to just talk to ppl randomly. i wanna flirt with him. so far, i have tried looking at him, and when he sees me hold the eyes for 2-3 secs, then look away. but i know that can be creepy..so any ideas to get him to really notice me? not too obvious, but u can figure out kinda way...?

Its like this....I have a lifelong friend who has loved me forever and would marry me in the morning. However, although he's everything I could ever want in a future husband, I don't fancy him at all, although I love him to bits in a brotherly way. He's always been in the background whenever I've dated other guys, but he's never had a serious relationship cos he's always said he'll wait for me no matter how long it takes. I would love to get married and settle down, but I have dated lots of guys and have never found a guy that comes close to being "the one". I know my "friend" would treat me like a princess forever, and have often been tempted to settle for him, but I'm so scared I might let "Mr. Right" get away if I did that. Could it ever work out? Would it be fair on him if I didn't feel the same, even though I love him so much in every other way?I know that I would treat him with love and respect always, but when it would come to sex, I'm not sure if I could go through with it.

I've been married for 3 1/2 years. My husband & I have been having problems since the 1st year of marriage. I read his emails one day & found him on adult friend finder. I asked him about it & he denied it. I finally got him to admit to it & he said he just wanted to look at naked photos, but I thought that's what porn was for since he watched it everyday? He told me that he wasn't sure if he wanted to be with me & that he wanted to have sex with other women. I was depressed & put up with his crap for 2 years. I tried my best to talk to him about things & he always blamed me. I left him & moved in with another man. He called me everyday telling me that he's changed & he'll never do it again. So, I give in once again & move back. I find out that he asked my friend if she wanted to have sex with him & he has another account on adult friend finder. he swears that he hasn't cheated, but when i talked to them about it, their stories didn't match. He tells me that he loves me. What to do?

Hi i am 18 yrs old and have always been close to my one of my female cousins is also my age only 19 so a few months older.She got married her senior year of highschool and got pregnant 3 months into her marriage.She is entierly dependent on her husband who is also the same age to work and go to school because of her new born.I saw her hubby makingout with another girl and his hand up her skirt.I took a pic of it but i am not sure if i want to show it too my cousin.I am also 100% sure this was her hubby.I dont know if she is ready to see or hear the truth? I feel so silly asking this question but anyway here it goes.

I just curious about this guy that I work with, I never really paid him any attention. He's a loan officer handling one of my clients. I saw him in the break room this morning and I spoke to him but he didn’t say nothing. So I was oh well. Anyway, I was preparing my coffee and out of nowhere he started talking told me that he got a comitment from my customer to work with us. So he told me that he worked til 11pm last night. I was shocked and he said well his single so he can work hours like that. That took me off guard so I laughed. Anyway, we talked so more about my customer and I went back to my desk.

That was innocent right - reading too much in to that?

i know this is long, but please answer both questions so i went on a cruise and i met this whole group of guys. me and my friend hung out with them every single night of that cruise. the first 3 nights i had noticed this one guy, but nothing was happening between us, we just hung out really as a big group and talked a lot. the 4th night strolled around and me and this kid were hanging out and we went to my room and talked the whole entire night. he had mentioned to me ahead of time that he didn't want me to think he was gay because he wasn't going to do anything with me because i had already hooked up with his brother. so i was fine with that, and the whole entire night we talked about so much. i started to have more than a physical attraction to him, and before we even hooked up that night he had already kissed me on the cheek and when he had to go to the casino he promised he'd be back in 20 minutes to hang out with me, and he came back in 10. then we talked some more and by the end of the night we had hooked up. he slept over my room, and he had asked me before we hooked up if we were going to be hanging out the next day. the next day my friend got him from the casino, because he was always there right after dinner, and she asked him if he wanted to hang out..so he said yes and he came to my room right away to hang out. we had talked for a little while, and then he asked if i wanted to go to his room, and we went and we were hooking up and everything led to sex happening naturally in the moment. it was amazing, although he didn't talk much, it was as if he was focusing really hard and concentrating. he did everything to me, and there was a lot of foreplay. after we had sex, we went to the casino for a little while, and i told him i was going to go back to my room to lay down. i wasn't expecting him to come back that night, but he came knocking on my door to sleepover. the next night he came looking for me to hang out, but he thought i was with another guy because i was hanging out in a room with another guy, but nothing happened between me and that guy. so now he got upset, and didn't hang out with me for two nights. eventually we met back up again, and he explained to me how he thought i was with another guy. i cleared it up for him and told him that i was not with another guy at all, and i wouldn't be. that night, him, me and my friend hung out the whole entire night talking, until this other guy came to hang out with my friend. and then me and this kid had sex again in the moment, which was even more amazing the second time. he was so caring, and seemed to be more comfortable. he was constantly asking if i was alright, and told me to tell him when to stop. he slept over again that night and we layed together. earlier that night he had pulled my friend aside to ask what the deal with me was. and he said that i was his girlfriend on the cruise, and if i lived where he did after the cruise we'd be together. it just so happens that i am going to college where he lives. the last night we hung out once again and talked a lot, and he kissed me goodbye on the lips. after the cruise, he commented me right away on myspace, and we talked a few times, but it's really hard to talk everyday, and it's not easy to get involved in a long distance relationship, because those hardly ever work, plus we never really talked about it. at one point he had been really busy, but i thought he was avoiding me..so i left him a message saying, i'd still like to be friends or at least talk for that matter, but if you don't write back then i'll know you don't want any part of me. sure enough, he wrote back, and told me that of course we're still friends, and let me know that he didn't have a girlfriend or anything. i surprised him one time and he was really happy to see me, he acted the same exact way he did on the cruise, and kissed me on the lips goodbye. he told me to call him next time that way we could actually meet up and hang out. he wanted to make sure i was definitely coming to college there also. it was a really nice visit, and after the visit, he had commented me asking me how the rest of my trip was , and telling me to call him next time i was in his state. we haven't talked in awhile, and for right now i'm moving on, and so is he..he has a girlfriend which he just got recently, and i'm sure i'll find someone new, but hopefully in the future this might work out. p.s. i never did anything to him such as giving him head or a hand job, and he wasn't with any other girls on the cruise.

does this sound like he really liked me a lot, but now he has a girlfriend because we can't be together?
and do you think that we'd definitely be together if i lived where he did right after the cruise?

I know that Latino is not a "race", but a culture, (ppl. have jumped down my throat before about that)..but is this true? My friend is Mexican and she's from here and occasioanally she might get critical if she sees a really good-looking Hispanic/Latino guy with a non-Hispanic girl. I know that Latin people really value their culture, but do they frown at interracial dating? I am just curious.

my mother is 66, I am 45. I have 2 children, my daughter is 23, married with a baby girl, and my son is 12.
My husband, me, and my son moved in to help when my father became ill. He passes away 3 years ago.
My husband took over all of the house payments and all of the bills
of living expenses. I also work 2 jobs.
My mother does nothing but complain about everything.
When my husband is around, she acts like an angel, and starts
sighing, putting things away as if she has been doing all the cleaning! She tells my son and daughter that I am lazy, when I am the one who does the cleaning, cooking, and everything!
She doesn't do anything"! Only watches TV until she hears my husbands car pull in the driveway, then she starts the act!
As I said, I work 2 jobs,, and she keeps telling me to give her money for this and that, when my husband has already payed everything! I found out that she has been doing slot machines! She is telling my kids I am lazy and dont give her anything!
