My mother is so religous... I love her to bits, but can't trust her cause she thinks I'm going to hell... as does my aunt and all that side.

I love my dad, but he is emotionally closed.

My brother has relatively little to do with family. When I do see him he tries to be the fun guy by making fun of me and roughing my kids up, then I am the witch when I tell him to be more gentle.

I really want a close family.. I miss my mom, but I can't trust her with my secrets anymore. I am expecting my second child and so far my own family is really close.. and I hope that lasts.. that I am doing ok as a mom... that they will want more to do with family then my brother does...

Do you ever wish you had a closer family that could accept you? A close relationship with your only sibling? Sometimes it makes me sad... like right now.. I am kinda meloncoly about it all.

The question is baised on the fact that (1) the one that provide assistance feels as if s/he have a ownership wright to the other partner. (2) the one that recieve assistance tend to have negative attitude if the other partner does not act according to his/her expectation, just because s/he feels the other partner has done wrong with the knowledge that is the one who assist.

bf of three years broke up with a week ago. 4 days before break up he said he loves me. today i talked to him and he said he doesn't love me or miss me or feel pain about me. we always had arguments and break ups before and i was always the one to admit faults, promise change and say sorry even when he has mistakes too. we would always get back together. but now he doesnt even want to talk to me anymore and says he;s moved on already. tried to argue and convince him to get back together but he won't. if i stop chasing would he come back to me? what else can i do to get him backt??

I got two magazines from a friend and one which was Seventeen had an article about this 14 year old who got pregnat by like a 28 year old and the guy killed her and dumped the body so no one would know he commited stautory rape. then i read cosmo and it talking about stalking and how the new things like myspace and email and etc.. are making it scarier and easier to stalk and there was a lady who worked in a hopstial and she was giving her keys wit the housekey on it to the parking valet and he got so obsessed wit her that he made copies of the key and wound up going in her aparmtnt and staying under her bed for 2 days. she was there the whole time and didnt know he was there. this is friggin scary now i cant sleep.

My best friend finally got a boyfriend, and I'm happy for her and everything, but I'm also very worried about her. She really likes him, I guess, and she tells me that he's really nice, but he is sort of what you might call a 'bad boy'. He smokes pot and cigarettes, does ecstasy and he drinks. He probably does other stuff, too, but I'm not sure. He's also two years older than my friend (he turns 17 February 20 and she turns 15 February 2) I already told her to be careful and everything, but I'm not sure she'll listen to me. We also live in different states, so it's pretty much impossible to know what she's doing. I really need help. I know it's her business, but I really don't want her to screw up her whole life just for some loser she met. Oh and if it matters, she's never done any of these things before, I might add, but she might start, you never know.

I met this guy online. We've talked for about 4 years, 2 on and off, and 2 started to really get close. I visited last month, and two weeks later, he told me that he has fallen out of love with me. He feels different towards me but isn't sure why. We've stepped back and became friends, but things are rocky. Everything was going great, until this "feeling" that he had became different. He said my confidence level dropped when I was visiting him. I think anyone would be nervous in a city that they're not comfortable in, meeting his entire family and friends, and also for the first time. Anyone have any ideas as to what is really going on in his head? He said that he was really happy with me, had a really good time, but was unhappy when I left. I'm lost, frustrated, and angry.

So there is this girl that I have been friends with for like 2 1/2 years and now that we both can drive we try to hang out more. So I will call and ask her to go to the movies and she will say yes and i called her 15 min before the movie started to confirm and she tells me she cant go. She didnt even bother to call and cancel. But the one that happend today that put me over the edge...I had an extra ticken to go to a rally for a good cause (included bus ride to CA a few hour away) and asked if she wanted to come. She told me that sounded great and she would as. I needed to know ASAP so i waited like 2 days and called she said she would call back after she asked. I waited 2 hrs and called her and she sais oh yah my mom said no. I find it apalling that she cant even call as soon as she finds out to tell me the answer. What do I do about her. These are not the only times, there are several? Do I confront her? Does she just not care? Is she even my friend?

I'm no scientist so I can't say why, but I swear I am always randy.I can go 10-15 times a day at least and still want more!It is actually kind of annoying as many of the women I have dated aren't the same way.OK, none of them. Are ANY women that way? I don't know what's wrong with me! And I'm not a kid anymore! I was born in the mid-70s! I figured as I got older I'd not be this way but if anything it's worse.So I wonder if somewhere out there is a woman who could wear me out or am I some kind of hormonal mutant. And yes sometimes I take care of it myself but it often takes a while ( -like an hour sometimes)and thats no fun alone.Just curious....

I am seeing this really great guy...really great. I am pretty sure he truly cares for me and I feel the same way. I also have an ex who I have two children with. The ex is having all sorts of problems (financial, depression and health). I have not been in love with him for a long time. But I never stopped loving him, if that makes sense. I am very concerned for him and I have been pushing him to take care of his issues and his health. It is important to me that he live a long time. For our kids sake and for his sake. I want to see him be happy. The man I am seeing now is aware of all of this and has been very supportive of my concerns and actions in regards to the ex. But I am worried that wont last long. I try not to talk about it, but sometimes I can't help it b/c it weighs heavy on my mind. How do I relieve myself of "taking care of" the ex and worrying about him? What if the man I am seeing asks me to make a choice? It's probably pre-mature...but I can see it coming.
