Oh girl I'm right their with you, I think it is the stress lately! I've never had a major problem with it, and now 2 months out, its gross! I think it is oxyclean or stridex, but they make a cream that you put right on the zit that makes it dry up faster than anything Ive used besides differein. Maybe you could get a perscription for that? Also, I started getting my mom to rub my sholder blades and all down every nite with clean and clear astringent (its orange, and it burns, but it REALLY works) and that has helped, especially since its really hard to really clean your back with facial cleaner in the shower.....plus, go to a tanning bed, that always helps dry my bacne up! good luck!

Get anti acne body wash, shower every day with it, get a mild anti acne cream and use that too. Wash all your shirts and sheets. Continue to wash your sheets at least once a week and don't wear a shirt more then once before you wash it. If you have long hair keep it off your bare back as much as possible. If it's not cleared by the time you need to wear the dress you can try to put make up on it, if it shows too much get a sheer wrap that matches the dress, it will cover up the acne so people won't notice.
Don't put self tanner on acne, it will show more because it will absorb more color.
Most important drink lots of water for good skin all over.

How soon is the wedding? That being said if I were you I would just go straight to the Proactive and not waste your time with any other product that probably wont work. I don't use acne medications not yet anyway knock on wood, lol. But my brother and sister both have acne and they love proactive I think it took two weeks for results. So if the wedding is incredibly soon I dont know what else you could try. Hope you find a good answer. Best of luck......also if all fails maybe you could try incorparating a sash or some kind of fabric I don't know what their called to go around your back and shoulders. just an idea

You could find a cute little shrug! It would cover it and not look obvious.
Acne can be caused from stress and hormones, DO you have long hair? Have you changed shampoo or hair products lately?
I started getting horrible acne out of the blue when I was in high school... it was terrible! I went to the doctor and found out that it was from my hairspray!
If your hair is long it could be the oil from your hair or your hair products clogging pores. Try washing your hair every night before you got to bed and wearing your hair up a lot until the night you need ot wear your dress. Also, make sure that you change your sheets and pillow cases often... body oils can build up in them and be deposited on your skin.
You can try some acne scrubs or topical treatments but be careful as they can be very drying and may trigger your skin to produce more oils and make the problem worse.

I don't recommend Proactive. With most people, it'll give you more acne before it'll start clearing it up. How soon is the wedding? Try apple cider vinegar. It clears up acne pretty quick. Just dab some on before you go to bed at night. It burns a little but it gets the job done. Good luck.

It could be a number of things, the food you eat, not getting enough sleep (its called beauty sleep for a reason) stress can be a factor or a vitamin deficiency. It can also be that you may be using a new leave in hair product that can clog pours on your shoulders or back. When I grew out my hair I had shoulder acne from not rinsing my hair out well enough from conditioner and not drying my hair...So like I said it can be alot of things.

Start with the least strong products, and work your way up to stronger ones if it doesn't work. I really recommend Proactive too, it has a very small amount of benzoyle peroxide, so it shouldn't dry your skin out too much. If it gets too dry, sometimes the skin tries to compensate by increasing oil production. If over the counter doesn't work, definitely go to the dermatologist, he can give you a shot that will clear you up fast. Good luck!

It might be because of the winter weather, and if you had it before, you never would have known. Go spend $25 and get the Proactive kit....it'll be gone in a day or two.

The acne on your shoulders is a skind disease. It is caused due to deficiency of vit. c and e. You should take orange juice early morning before breafast and also eat fresh vegitable with green petals. I also advise you to use medicated soup and also apply some medicine. As regards your dress, it is for you to change so that the acne do not come in direct exposure of other eyes. You should not worry about it,Good Luck.
