In early Sept I met a guy who lived in a different city. He had broken up with his live-in girlfriend in Apr, but was up front about it and seemed to be getting over it. He invited me to his house and on weekend trips. I know he was into me and I know we immediately clicked. He told me he thought I was amazing and was really acting like he was into me. Things progressed quickly; we were both having a good time. Then in late Nov. I mentioned going to see him on a three day weekend and he got distant. Ten days later he told me that he thought the distance was hard, he felt things were going too fast, and he was still sorting himself out from his breakup and didn't think he could be good for anybody right now. Looking back maybe I called a little too much (only like once a week) or brought things up too quickly. Did I scare him away? I can't stop thinking about him. I am still crushed. Do you think he could still be thinking about me and is there a chance he might call one day?

I am a single mother. I have been dating this man for one year. A storm knocked out all of my power, heat, everthing for three days. My boyfriend got mad at me and left. I strongly feel if he had any care and compasion for people at all he would have stayed to help us through our tough time. this is how it went down.......my power had been out for a few hours so We left to try to find warm coffee and food. We were not sure how long the power would be out but the temp was 25. He was stressing because of traffic etc. i nicely said...can you try to calm down a little you are making me nervous. He said, maybe i should just leave if i am making you nervous. I did not respond. He took me and my kids home and left. My phone was out so there was no communication. I got a message from him two days later, checking to see if we were ok. I am thinking he is selfish and inconsiderate to just leave us in the dark...literally. If your man dont have your back who does...am i over reacting

Men/boys can stay out all night, even sleep at other people's house! Now, I do not play with words as most of "us" americans do, I said sleep...not have sex! But, then again let's include having sex with other p[eople...when you're married it's called CHEATING. Have I been cheated on? NOT YET...but who knows,,I certainly have not been told yet! And spending money....ever have some money missing? Only to be told not me....I wouild like to meet not me and know where not me hides in my house. How about hang up calls?.....I'm not that stupid...I just live with a man who thinks all woman accept this kind of behavior. Maybe a forum for women and men...maybe they can shed some light (if they can come out of the darkness) on this whole world of double standards some of us face..Believe me my guy never use to lie...he uses to tell me everthing...he's been cloned....maybe this happens after a certain age....can we say it all together MALE MENOPAUSE.....Let's talk....

I am in love with a very special and VERY attractive woman. The problem is 1. I sometimes get really concerned that she is much to attractive to be with a guy like me. I don't consider myself ugly but average and she is drop dead gorgeous. 2. I have a bad track record for long term relationships and I find myself walking on eggs to make sure that I don't mess this up. I am so head over heals in love with this woman I would do anything for her but I am afraid that she might think I am a push over. I do stand up for myself and she does see the real me but the bottom line is I am scared out of my mind that I will find some way unconciously to screw it up.

I live in the south, have been divorced 16 years, have twins in college, I love animals, and I am a loner, but, when my kids went to college, I find now, I love my animals, but, I'm lonely, and can't find one decent guy to date, and/or bypass if asked...how do I get to someone that is worth having, smart, loving, romantic, and has goals in life..? I'm not that picky, but, havn't been on a date in over 2 years, and want too, and tried the match ect...with no luck...I've modeled, so I know it's not my looks, I'm a good person and volunteer, have a good job, great kids, not picky, but, it seems like guys are intimidated by me...where do I find that special somone? Am I destined to be by myself the rest of my life...16 years is a long time not to have been married again..and now I want it, but, I'm not willing to just settle...any guy out there in their 40's or such, I'm 43, like me?...I know there has to be someone who wants someone good, loving, kind, and loves animals/pets...

I took my date to my favorite steak restaurant, Texas Roadhouse, however when we both got our meals she complained to the waiter saying that her steak was undercooked, which it was. However mine was perfect, in this situation what the hell do I do? Do I just dig in and enjoy my $15.00 steak or wait for her meal to return while mine gets cold. I couldn't figure out what to do other then be as nice and sweet as possible, even when she had just been the rudest I have ever seen her, and share my steak, feeding her bites...Considering the situation did I do right, or is there anything else I might have done so we could have both enjoyed our meals?

Boquets: Mine and Maid of Honour- Fangipanis
Bridesmaids- Hibiscus

My Dress: Strapless White Silk with frangipanis and Butterflies beaded on lower right corner of the dress and tight fitted bodice with beaded straps and bust
Bridesmaids and MOH: Pale Blue with scollop pattern beading on bottom of skirt and top of skirt
Venue: Beachside at sunset with scattered frangipanis down the isle and fake flower entwined chairs

I love my college mate.She doesn't know me very well. I couldn't tell her because of my introvert nature. Now, we are far from each other.Through mail I poured myself in front of her..said that I need to meet her..need her response..even I don't want to disturb in her studies.. How do you break up with someone who you already live together?
