We live in CA, I am on the deed but not on the loan, can my husband throw myself and my daughters (ages 14 and 15) and my granddaughter out of the house? Even though he is threatening to have us evicted he still wants the mortgage money, what are my options?

the girl gives a boy $80 for shoes for his late christmas gift. he goes and spends it on his phone butt lies and says he bought his mother somethin. so he covers a lie with another one. get it? she forgives him. then he asks for more money so he can finish buying it when he gets his paycheck and he makes about a good $400 every 2 weeks butt hasnt bought the girl anything for christmas yet and she makes about $200 at the most every 2 weeks. the girl calls and he doesnt answer cause she wasnt able to bring him the $20 like she said she would. he tells another lie that day saying the phone he's been calling on all day is his partners phone. she gets her friend to call him and he answers "hello". the girl calls him 5 times and he doesnt answer neither one of her calls. what should she do?

I am not at a stage of my life to be living with him as i am 19 years of age and he is 25 and well paid, and when I say no to him he gets the hump with me,I love him but i am just confused and if i do move in with him it would mean that i will be losing most of my teenage years and i will not be able to buy a place of my own.please help I do not know what to do?

my husband has been receiving phone calls late in the night and when i ask him who is calling him he says he will tell me later....he went out of town to see his auntie and the calls still come in when pick the phone the person hangs up.i have tried to speak to him about this and he is not opening up i know its a woman he is speaking to and everytime i ask he says he will explain and he never does...
i need an answer i cant have people call my hse at wee hours of the morning please help

Would you do this as a freshman in college at 18 years old??

So i have this plan...for over the summer. My friends and i were talking about how much we missed our childhood. And i came up with this idea to play all these kids games over the summer at a local park.

-My plan is to play: Capture the flag - both teams are going to have different colored shirts on right..and instead of tagging people...we would use paint. Fill water balloons and such with paint....and that would show if you got tagged.

-We were also going to play 4-square, parachute, tug of war, a big game of basketball and dodge ball.-

--i haven't really told my friends about this yet....
I'm kind-of embarrassed and feel they might think it's stupid. If you were 18 and a freshman in college would you think this was a stupid idea? Do you think it's a stupid idea? Tell me what you think before i go and tell them....about it

Well there is this kid i go to school with and her name is Jenna and she is really nice to me at first and then she is really mean she blames everything on me. She is so embarrassing like when i ask a question to my teacher she says out loud; " wernt you paying attention ? ". She is so mean and she has the biggest mouth ever. What can I tell my friend? His wife of 8 years cashed out all their liquid assets and hid them..She then told him that she hasn't been happy for a long time and found someone else.. She said that she will be filling for divorce..which 3 month later, she hasn't done. She is now living in the house with another man..my friend can barely afford the rented room he is living in and can't pay his credit card debt and just had a mild heart attack.. My brother is in the 7th grade. He comes to me with his promblems and since i am his older bro he excepts me to help him. well i am stumpt on this on. he comes home crying eveyday because people call him gay an dhe swears hes not. he hangs out ww/ alot a of girls ++ he talks likea girl w/ is high voice and he walks like a tomboy. sometimes i cant help to wonder. i have heard his friendsask him many times if he he was gay and such. somedays some of his friends dont talk to him and i fell very sorry for him. what can he do change his imagine. keep his friends and and get more guy friends????

get along very well and this is good for the kids. The problem is that she is always around. She works shift work so we care for the kids. I see her everyday and I really am tired of seeing her. Does this make me bad. I feel bad about it but I am sick of her face!!!

When in a realtionship when people say that they are on a break form each other, what does that mean, by "break"?
Does it mean that you are broke up or just that you are thinking about things?
My boyfriend just went to basic for 3 months and before he lefted we decided that we should take a break from each other untill he comes back and then if we feel that we still have feelings for each other then we will get back together. This is my first realtionship, so i'm really new to this whole dating thing. i'm 21 and he's 19. I really have feelings for him. Since he's been gone, everyday i have been thinking of him, and thinking about all the fun things that we did. I don't know if i can make it without him. I MISS HIM SO MUCH!!!! He also said that he wants to MARRY me when he turns 21. So that's a sign. We've been dating for about 3 months.

So any advice about this is needed. Seriously!!!

this was in the summer. it was like the first day of camp working with the mentally disabled people and we were all on edge. We were way behind schedule, it was like already 2 o'clock at night and I was tired as hell and wanted to go to sleep. So this dutch chick comes into the room and starts talking to another dutch guy in dutch and giving him a foot massage. I just went ballistic and cursed like hell. Was in a beautiful live in relationship with my bf. My family and I loved him and he loved us all back for 3 yrs. I used to travel and buy gifts everytime I got back, sex was amazing and he was my emotional pillar. He is 9 yrs younger to me and since i had the money, i lent him coz his problems were mine. Sacrificed the time I spent with family and friends to be with him. And then it all came crashing down, when he said he wanted to break up. He was cheating on me. He broke my heart and left me 2 months back for a girl, lonely with no one to run to. My trust was broken when i got to know he was having sex with other women, while I was away on work. Hurt, I wanted the money back. He said he was leaving town and will return it when he returns. Truth is he never left. He lied to me,didnt apologize, just said "I owe you money which you will get". Even more hurt, I asked him for EVERYTHING I ever gave to him, back...and he is returning all gifts and money, but its him I love and want back.

that I want to be a better wife/friend/partner? What I mean is - we have been going through a lot of stuff lately - including almost breaking up. I think I have been nagging him too much, behaving like I didn't trust him and his love for me, not giving him enough space, being too needy and maxing out the credit card because I thought he was lying to me about stuff big and small. I am taking responsibility for my part in making him unhappy with me. I'm ready to change. But, is there something I can say to him that will make him believe in me again?
