Ok guy's thanks with the advice about my money problems, withmy ex boyfriend{ i loaned him thousands of dollars] He keep lying to me that he has no money but he has a good job.my question is how do i get it back, iT'S been a long time now that we
don't talk, i'M SCARED to talk to him. sometimes i feel that if iwould not have asked for the money back we would be together, also i think he's trying to getback at me for something . but he is in his 30's not a teenager.

There was an article a few years back in Cosmo or something like that where a man spent a lot of money on this woman and after she broke up with him, he wanted the money back. He kept hounding her and hounding her about the money. E-mails, phone number etc. She had e-mailed him claiming that she will pay all of the money back because she was fed up with the harrassment. Because she did that, he went to the lawyer, showed his lawyer her e-mail, and he sued her for everything he had bought for her. (Dresses, vacations to Hawaii, expensive things). Because of that damned e-mail, she was forced to pay him back. See if you can get him to write it out that he will pay you back. Then you got him!

Let me tellyou really clear:
He used you for the money, he doesn't want to pay you back and that's why he is avoiding you.
Do you have and IOU or a verbal contract? Do you have deposit slips or proof of withdrawal? If so, you can take him to the small claims court.
