Okay - my boyfriend's brother is getting married next month - and I have been invited to all 3 showers for his fiance. My question is - do I get her something off of her registry and then also get a wedding gift?

I'm going to the Bachelorette Party as well and didn't know if I am supposed to bring something to that??

* we were not even fighting as I went to bed at 10pm, by 4:40, I have the 2 little girls in bed with me and we are only trying to sleep
* He takes both sets of car keys, leaving me with no keys
* He takes my vehicle
* He takes the only vehicle with the baby car seat in it, she doesn't even feel well so even if I had to bring her somewhere I can't....
* leaves his cell phone at home - he's unreachable
* So drunk, unreachable, and I come to find out he gets cigarettes and goes right to his ex wifes house....
so we know where he runs to now.....
* And he gives me such grief if I practically even mention my oldest daughters dad...

It is a strange thing, but I have a lot of very good platonic friendships, but am single but really don't feel the need to change that. I feel more fulfilled than I did when I was in my last relationship - and more motivated to get in shape and enjoy life. However I can't explain why... I can't help feeling happy and upbeat the whole time, how come?

I have been married for the last 4 years. He doesn't work, gets disability for various mental disorders & spends MY money as if it was water. I am scared to tell him I want him to leave because he also was in jail & is a member of the Aryan Brotherhood (white supremecist group). The last part of all of this is that I am gay. I have always known I was gay since my early teens. The only reason I ever got married was because I was trying to appear "normal" to my family. I am so lonely. I want to start dating women. I'm not sure how to get out of this. I'm 38 years old & female. Ideas?

I need some advice. I have been divorced for a year. During the divorce my ex-husband got the house. When we originally financed the house it was in both of our names. In our divorce papers it says that he has to refiance the house into his name in a "timely manner". What is a timely manner? I mean its been a year and he hasn't done it yet. Is there anything I can do to make him refinance? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello everyone. I want to hear the opinions of men and the personal experience of woman on this one. (I hope you beautiful, strong, independent women don't take my words too seriously because I love you all and I'm just trying to bring humor to what may be a sensitive subject to some people ;-) To get right to the point, my girlfriend got made at me for almost no reason at all today. In other words, she began her period today... you guys know what I'm talking about :D Anyhow, our relationship is relatively new and we are still getting to know one another. She says that she always gets moody during her period. I tried to talk to her so that we could plan how to deal with it but she jokes around and says I should ask someone else about it. So, here goes:

Do all women get this way every mo. or is this an excuse for some to be mean?

How many days are between periods and how long do the last?

Women, if a guy is extra nice to you during this time, will you still be moody with him?

I am a single mother who has struggled to get the dbd to take of his child. He is behind $8000. I am a person who has sought him out on numberous occsasions to spend time with his child, but he usually will only get him one weekend out of the month if that. He has not been working since Nov. and all of a sudden he wants me to come off of child support and he will give me the $8000 if I do. If he has come into money such as inheritance, lottery winnings, settlements am I entitiled to get a portion of that monthly? I am not too sure about this situation because we are talking about a 13 day difference from not having any money to wanting to throw it at me so that I will come off of court ordered child support. As you can see from the sum that he owes in back child support he is not the reliable. What should I do?

O.k. here is the deal. My friend's boyfriend and I do not get along at all. In 1st period we sit together and he is always talking **** to me. Then while my friend and him are alone, I notice that he tells her something and then he faces me. After my friend comes back to us, infront of everyone she starts telling me that he told her I called her a ***** and slut and all those types of things. I tell her he's lieing and that he's the one talking **** to me instead of me about her. And I tell her why would I talk **** behind her back when we are like the closest friends but she believes him instead. What should I do? HELP?!?!?!?

Alright well here's the deal. My boss (owns 1/2 the company) likes to come over to my desk when I'm not sitting down & sit in my chair. The thing is I have a little person's chair & the max weight capacity on it is 250lbs. And he weights about 425lbs. He sits in my chair spins around in it & even bounces in it. I've watched him do it! I've had to replace my chair 3 times in the last 2 years. He always breaks it. Then the company won't buy me a new one for months & I'm stuck in a broken chair sitting a foot maybe off the ground with my nose to the computer screen. The obvious solution would be to get a sturdier chair however the company will not buy me one. They get the cheapest thing they can find.

How do I tell my boss TO STOP SITTING IN MY CHAIR. (he just broke my new one & I've only had it a couple months!) I've asked him repeatedly to 'please not sit in my chair.' He doesn't listen. Any suggestions would be great! Especially before I start boobie trapping the thing.

I have two friends, Lisa and Mark, & were 15. Ive known them for awhile & the 3 of us are really close. Recently, Lisa & Mark have started 'like-liking' eachother. That doesn't bother me at all because i have been playing cupid between them when they were both too shy to talk to one another. their attitudes & friendship towards me have not changed at all, and i appreciate that. the problem is that lisas parents wont let her have an official boyfriend. (marks dont care). they want to go out together, but lisa doesnt want to upset her parents. i have been going to movies and letting them cuddle while i act as a third wheel so that lisa doesnt get in trouble with her mom. this has been fun, and weve done it a few times now. yesterday a friend pointed out to me that they were just using me so that they could be alone. i love those two and they have never before been unfair to me. should i continue to be the 3rd wheel? am i being used or am i being a good friend? what do you think?

ok so my mom thinks i hate her more than a average child my age should which is probably true and i feel really bad about it but i mean everything she does is just so annoying and i dont why i think that....but i went to this guy who sopposed to tell me if im going through depression or not and well i am and he says it might be because of my past because of my dad he was an achoholic and my parents divorced when i was 7 but i dont htink thats it. i mean honestly i dont really care about what my dad does i mean i dont even know him...and the reason for me being mad at my mom all the time i think is because i dont really know her either she was never there for me when i was little so my sister was sorta my "mom" soo what do you think?

Last week i told a guy friend of mine at work that it would be better that we didn't talk so i can get over my crush on him since he's in a long distance relationship with another girl, as a matter of fact, she's in the Phillipines and he's here in the US. Before this happened, we joked around about hooking up, but then i felt bad and hurt about us joking about it. I told him that i really wanted to do it since i like him, but he has a gf and that it wouldn't be wise if we did it. Anyway, i got angry with him since he didn't respond back to me after I texted him Happy New Year's and I ended up sending him another text calling him a "dog" and that i didn't want to have anything to do with him, then later i apologized via text. Then the next day , I wrote him a letter telling him how i felt hurt about us joking around, and the fact we just treat each other as professionals. He's ignoring me, no hello, excuse me, thank you, nada and it's awkward. I miss him as a friend.

Point blank...my wife is a b i t c h in the morning. She is flat out mean and vindictive. How the hell do I deal with her? We ride together to work and she's usually fine when we get in the car but from the time she gets up to the time she walks out the door, she's impossible. Help a brother out!

My wedding will take place in my home and have no more than fifty guests. Instead of ushers, would it be appropriate to have two girls (ages 12 and 13) direct the guests to a seat? I'm trying to find a role for them in my wedding and I don't yet have ushers.
