im confused i have all the forms i need from USCIS. but if hes here in the usa and we married here in the civil court of nyc, do I still have to petition him? please help someome give me an honest answer and if a lawyer is the only way to come about fileing the uscis forms? In order to get the paper work accepted? we love each other dearly an the new imagration laws are miss leading. thanks

My dad recently passed away and my stepmom was rude as hell to me(she has always been mean to me) she didnt like my mom at all since they were both pregnant for the guy at the same time...that was like 22 years ago..why does she still hold that grudge towards me...ive always been scared of her....scared of what she thought of me but i dont care anymore. She told me not to start anything with her at my dads funeral and i was like why would i do that and she said cuz your the evil stepchild...does every stepmom think that their stepchildren are evil because they came out of someone that their man once loved and cared for...i dont understand...help

My husband applied for a state benefit where he could get some training or employment placement assistance. This came with all the psychological and background check. Obviously, they just took my lying husband’s words when he claimed that he is separated from me and that he has no income. The truth is that we were never separated although I filed a divorce because he has been cheating on me for 2 years and I just found out the last 3 months! I trusted too much. Plus he has a job therefore he has an income. Can you give me links about state benefits frauds? I want to research on this because I am afraid he would drag me into this. Thank you.

Bit of a weird situation here. I had an interview with a recruitment agent today - actually it was more of a chat. Anyway, I don't want the job that I was interviewed for, but I do want her! She was flirting with me quite a lot and I thought that she was incredibly hot. I am willing to take the risk and let her know that I like her, but since I will probably only speak to her or email her once more, I don't know what to say?
Any ideas ladies and gents? Should I be subtle or do I need to be forward here and ask her out for a coffee or something? I have nothing to loose since I will never see her or work with her again if she turns me down.

My best friend and I used to play fight a lot.
We'd mess around tickling each other or whacking eachother with pillows.
But a month ago, she started a big play fight where she kept smacking my ***!
It was quite fun, although I had a sore *** for a bit!

Yesterday she told me that she couldn't stop thinking about it and she wanted to give me a proper spanking!

I really value her friendship and I'm worried that if I refuse then our relationship will suffer.

I dated a guy for 2 months. We both agreed to just be friends.
Well after only about a week, he sees me out with another guy. And old friend who I had been ingnoring cause I was dating my boyfriend. Well, to be honest, I think he went out looking for me. He came to my normal "hang-out" and came in and saw me.
So He stood at the end of the bar, staring for about an hour and half.
He downed a couple of shots and drinks and stumbled out the door.
After I had parted ways with my date. I called the ex to see if he made it home ok.
Well, he allowed a girl to answer his phone. What is that about? why couldnt he of just let it go to voice mail or hit the ignore button.
I think the girl felt awkward, she stated that she was one of his employees and asked me to hold on..then she put him on the phone.
What is that all about? I asked next day :"why all the drama and high school games" all he could say is "yeah, i know. Sorry"

Ok I told my crush that i liked him & i asked him out 2 months ago. He said he didnt know cause we havent talkied a lot. My ex girlfriend and i only went out for about a couple of months but those couple of months were awesome. i dumped her but didn't mean it later that night i called her back saying i didn't mean to say what i said. an for about a month an a couple weeks ive been trying crying to get back with her. Me and her both said we love each other even though we only were together for a couple of months and she says shes gotten over me but when i dont talk to her she comes calls me and sees why. Last week thsi kid she used to talk to started to talk again and she said she liked him, at the end of the week they were going out. I care that there going out but i want her back as soon as possible because i want to be with her before i go to college. I think this kid is just a rebound because i m always there for my ex. an i think she knowes that she always has me underr her finger because i would do anything for her. I know traditionally, the best man foots the bill for the night. However, I'm probably going to make this one for the books and have all of our close guy friends go away for a long weekend. It's going to be expensive enough to cover myself as I am getting married 2 months before. My question is if it's ok to get him to cover his airfare/hotel/food and I pay for all drinks, etc. Or should the other guys all have to throw in an extra $50 to $100 on top of their trip to cover him. I want this to be awesome, but I don't want people complaining about money (even though I know they will).

We also talked about doing a double bachelor party for our weddings (obviously we'd each pay our way then), but I am expected to pay if it's just a single party for him.



btw - i don't want to hear any stuff about checking with our fiances. They are both OK with it and mine is ok with me going away shortly after we are married.... :)

okay my "real parents" put me up for adoption when I was 11 because I got hit by a car and it caused me to have some disablitiys does this mean they don't love me??? I think it does, I mean it wasn't my fault, why didn't they want what am I suppost to do when I have children and they ask me where their grandparents are???
