Simple. Take their number and tell them that you are taking a break from dating for a few weeks, and ask them if you can call them in a few months when you've had time to get over your last relationship. No one likes to be the rebound girl, so if they are worth anything they'll be glad you were honest with them.

Just say NO! Don't feel obligated and don't make excuses....just explain that you just got out of a relationship and are taking a little time for yourself and to hang out with the guys or something. Just tell this long line of ladies you have waiting for a date with you "Maybe next time...."
No big deal.
