I love her and we have gone out for over a year before we broke up. She keeps telling me to wait to be with her again and she says she sitll loves me and wants to be with me.

If you truly love her then...you will wait. If you feel different move on...life is short. Maybe you should talk to her and have her reassure you about the issue. Communication is the key!!!
