First, you have to know yourself. What kind of things are you into. Find a girl who shares your interests, then you can have an enjoyable time together.
What kind of girls are you attracted to? Do those girls find you attractive. When you ask them out be sincere. Tell them why you want to go out with them and where. They will probably say yes.

Be brave! Ask them out! Don't fear rejection because once you stop asking...your chance of getting a gf is very slim...
Be sure to be physically fit and has good humor...most girl want those qualities.

Which society do you live in? If it is in an open society, just make her lough then ask her out. But if it is in a society with strict rules, then go immediately to her parents and ask a permission.

yes ask them out and if they say no then dont worry about...start off with something like "hey do you wanna go to a movie this weekend?" if they say yes then your good but if they say no then just say "Oh okay I just thought it would be fun to go to the movies." if that doesnt work then try again some other day
