If she really wanted to meet up with you, she would have contacted you somehow. Or she would have made arrangements to meet you long b4 she ever left her country. To me it sounds like it really wasn't that important to her that she meet with you.
Recently I found out that a blogging friend was coming to my City for a company party (she lives an hr and a half from me, I'll call her 'Mary'). I found out only that morning that Mary was coming here, I rushed around sending messages every possible way I could thru messenger, our comments section of blog, mailbox thru blog, email, ect and thankfully she did check her messages b4 she left. I ask her what her schedule would be like and if she could squeeze me in for a visit. We met at a restaurant where they had already intended to eat at and it was an awesome visit! Since then, I've even made a road trip to visit her and will meet with her again this w/e. Also, another blogging friend (I'll call Sandy) found out I was going to meet this person and she made arrangements with me for me to pick her up in the next town over (about 30 min away) and we went together to visit Mary an hr and a half away. I paid for the gas on the way down there and she picked up the gas tab on the way back.
So, if your friend really wanted to meet you, she would have figured out a way.
I don't know why she hasn't emailed you back. You don't state how long it's been since you sent the emails to her. Maybe she's just been busy since returning to her country? Could be a lot of reasons. Maybe she's feeling guilty about not meeting up with you and she's avoiding the subject by not emailing you back? Could be a hundred reasons why she hasn't emailed you back. I would just keep trying, reassure her that your not mad or upset with her, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

Well there is a big difference between saying you want to meet someone and actually doing it, she might not be replying for loads of reasons. If you believe that she wants to meet you then it might just be because she is scared or feels awkward about the situation. Alternatively she might be trying to get in touch with you and may be in the same position as you! As you've been talking for over a year, im guessing you know her pretty well, don't give up hope!

Online relationships are hard, I kinda know from experience. You might be better off without them. She probably doesn't want to meet you. She might be afraid to meet you in fear that your relationship would change in a negative way. I don't know why she hasn't mailed you back, maybe she's just busy. I used to be in an online relationship, and the stress whenever he didn't reply was annoying, because you never know if they're ignoring you or just have computer problems. My advice is to not worry about her so much.

Something seems really fishy about this.If she was really wanting to see you she would have made sure she contacted you upon her arrival.I hate to tell you but whenever she does decides to return your email find out her lies and then let her know that you are very disappointed in her actions.

Maybe she is just as confused as you are about the situation. Give it some time and if she never says anything back then I guess she isnt very cool.

Sounds like she got cold feet. I would forget about it if you are intending to get back together with your ex.
