My husband of 8 years cheated on me. We have three kids and recently bought a house. He has stated the marriage is over even though I was willing to save it. Any tips on seeking out a good divorce lawyer so that I end up on top?

I'm in my mid twenties and have been in love with my best friend for over 10 years. He and I have previously talked about a relationship (i.e. he asked twice and I said no twice :) ... hey, I was young). Now that we're both older and have better grounding I really want to give it a serious shot. He's had girlfriends in the past and I've had a couple of boyfriends, however whenever I really "think" I like someone, I always think of him OR he someway brings himself into the picture. Neither one of us have ever gotten too seriously involved with anyone we've been in a relationship with (i.e. we haven't made love with anyone - or with each other for that matter)...I guess I'm kind of a hopeless romantic and wanted to wait until marriage ~ preferably to my best friend. We've recently expressed how we feel about each other, however I was in a relationship at the time --- my best friend told me have fun, just don't get engaged...what does that mean and what should I do?? :) Thanks!!

I dont want to think like this but my ex dumped me & I want his marriage to fail badly!Not because of the wife, but because of the way he did it.We had a lot of problems right from the start because I had an unplanned pregnacy that he didnt want me to have.So we argued alot.After 18mos. he came to my house 1 night and wanted to have sex with me.He said he was getting married & I thought he was joking until I seen his face and he wasnt laughing.I was totally shocked!.He is from India & I didnt understand why he was doing that.I guess we were supposed to be having our last night together. He got married &and now he talks about me &him & how unhappy he is.I cant lie I get a kick out of seeing him suffer because he broke my heart.I dont hate the wife whoever she is, but he hurt me & he was mean about it and I want him to know how that feels to be all alone.Am I wrong for that?I just want him to regret putting me through the heartache.I guess the grass wasnt greener on the other side.

Well, my friend has always liked boys, but they never gave her attention at all, she was completely ignored in every way possible and even teased by boys. So, she has decide to turn gay and just date girls now, because she still hasn’t had her first boyfriend yet and she is 17 years old now. I have been married for a little more than a year now, and I cant give my husband an orgasm. Back then he used to have the same problem with me but he doesnt anymore. I really feel helpless becuase I feel that If I dont help him who else is going to help him? i live with my bf of 4yrs in a condo we rent. we split the household bills 50/50 and anytime we go out movies,diner ect we take turns paying.i work full time and so does he but i only work 4 days a week to his 5 days.the problem is he feels i should do the cleaning,grocery shopping,pay the bills,errands all on my day off.i don't feel this is fair since we split everything else we should split the house work.he always makes me feel guilty/lazy when i ask him to help with stuff and says things like why don't u do that on your day off.don't get me wrong he does help but not on a regular basis.i do all the laundry,bill paying,80% grocery shopping,cooking,and cleaning.most of the time when i ask him to do something he agrees but never gets around to do it,then after a few days of me nagging we get into a fight over it and he does it pissed off.or i just do it.so can anyone tell me what they do if they both work and each pay half of the bills?is this always the womens job even if she works?

Mind you, they've had sex and he likes her too. He wants to take it slow (because he recently had his heart broken and so has she) but she can't contain her feelings (Not the sexual one's). It's easier for her to let go of the hurt than he is.

well, im finally learning to lose my grip on hopes we can still be together...we just didnt connect so it was better off it ended..in the past 3 months i learned skating, yoga and met new people...ive tried not to have contact with her at all...are there anymore suggestions to completely get her off my mind...i wish i could be friends with her but im not yet ready, so i hope not to see her in a long while..sometimes the feeling comes again and i try to fend it off...

Guys, what does this mean. Just trying to figure you guys out. Not insecure just wondering.

You have been dating a girl for four months, and you have this nice dinner planned. Then you invite your best buddy and his girlfriend to join you and your girl for dinner with out telling your girl before hand.
Does this mean that you want your girl to meet your friends?
Does it mean that you want your friends opinion about your girl?
Does it mean that you cant handle a nice romantic dinner by yourself and you need to have a friend to take the pressure off?

i have been doing councelling for about 2 months now and i know a lot more about how to raise my self esteem and am doing what the councellor tells me.. but i only feel a tiny difference.. sometimes i feel really up u know high self esteem but tht is only a little of the time and then anything can happen like a person at college chooses to be cold with me or jst nythin like tht.. then my self esteem shoots down..
also is thinkin and cryin about yourself havin low self esteem makin the problem worse? coz thts all i think about all day.

my ex father in law ( I am now divorced) was a child abuser. He attempted sex with my former wife when she was a teenager. He tried it again 13 years into my marriage while my 7 year old was sleeping in the same room. He is a discusting creep, added to the demise of my first marriage and is and always will be what he is, discusting. My son is now 13, should he know about his grandfather? Should he know what this man is capable of ? Or should I just let it go as some have said. off and on for the past 10 years I have been having sex with woman. I have a husband and two children.

Recently I began an actual relationship with a woman and can honestly say I am in love with her.

Someone told me that if you actually fall in love with a woman you are "offically gay"

Ok I have been dating a lady for the last couple of months. So far we have been out approx. 12 times for dinner and I have paid all the time. Its getting expensive b'cos she wouldn't want to go to a smaller or economical place. We are thinking about long term relationship here.

I don't feel comfortable taking the checks always so I want her to pay once in a while may be once out of ten times. So my question is how do I say it to her to take the tab or do a split once in a while atleast ? without any issues.
