What I always do is I send her a box with flowers and a card. Inside the box is a dead chipmunk. The card reads "unlike this chipmunk, my love for you will never die".
That usually gets them to notice you.
If that doesn't work, I start mailing her my severed fingers, one at a time, wrapped in the torn pages of romance novels. That never fails to get a reaction. Sometimes you even get to see them in court.

I've found that the best way to get on a girl's (or woman's) good side is not to flirt but to be friendly. Don't talk about sex or attraction or anything else sexually based. Talk about teachers, or bosses or a news item. Once you've established a friendly relationship find a way to compliment something she has done well. They especially like hearing they are intelligent or talented in some way. The disclaimer is that its evil to manipulate anyone. Sooner or later that will back fire on you (I hope)..

Women want a man. A cave man. All these women are going to get pissed off cause I said this, but deep down inside they know it's true. They don't want one of those sissy, cry-baby, sensitive guys.
