My father does not understand English so whenever he receives letter, my sister and I will take care of it. Recently my father filed unemployment claim, my sister and I help him to answer the questions that the unemployment agency ask. Today, he receives a letter from them. When I was about to tell him what the letter is saying, he says something like you can't do anything right, if I need you to take care of me, it is better that I take care of myself than you take care of me and you are useless. People might say that he is just annoy that he is unemployed but he always says those things. Also, he always said that I am not always right and you are all welcome to say what you think. But when we say something that is against his thoughts, he will say something like you are wrong. No one can defy him.

Yesterday was the guy I'm datings birthday and his ex call 73 times. He never answer the phone because she is so crazy. One time she broke in his house and trash it and the stole his truck and three weeks ago she punch him in the face 4 times. I have only been seeing him for 2 weeks and I really like him and would love to kick the **** out of her. I know his ex from 6 months ago on my birthday when I did almost kick her butt and she did run from me so I know that she wouldn't want to fight but she won't leave him alone. I don't really want to get in a fight over a boy because I have never done that and I know that she would put me in jail because she tried on my b-day. She doesn't know that we are dating because I don't want her to burn his house down. I think I should just kick the **** out of her but I don't know. Help, how do I handle this crazy person.

LOL...I posted this last night and he just told me he would call again when I saw him about 20 minutes ago.

I already can accept that a guy who does not call is NOT that into me. But, there is this one guy who keeps initiating contact and suggesting we do stuff. I say sure, whatever. Then, he never calls.

He sent me an email last week full of excuses why he didn't and he would call if I was still interested. I was non-chalant about and just said "call whenever...I am pretty busy." I never would let a guy know I would wait for him if he isn't into me.

What I really want to say is "dude...look I know you're not that into me so you're off the hook. don't worry about ever calling me again." But I guess there is no point in that hostile behavior.

By the way, this dude is 37 almost 38. So, I would think someone is done with dumb games by now.

What is the effing point?????

Okay... I am going to be honest and say that I have my boyfriends e-mail address password... this is the same thing he uses for everything, so my curiosity got to me, and i've checked his e-mail... (i know i know that is bad) but we've had a past about him being deceitful, and i've always given him the benefit of the doubt. First when we were brand new dating, he lied to another girl about me... gave her the run around as well as denied me... long story, I got over it... then in my house caught him watching/downloading porn on MY computer... "he wouldn't do it again" then i caught him hiding porn and his excuse..."I didn't think you would want to watch them..." well no $***! that was an argument, but feel I got the point across... told him I came to expect that he would still do it... (he is a guy) but I've been checking his e-mail and he always has messages from porn sites... "you have a new message" so and so wants to meet you...
I know I shouldn't be checking up on him...

My marriage ended some 18 months ago. I was the guilty party having had an affair 4 years earlier. We both live alone about two miles from each other and share looking after our nine year old son. We still do things together, she stayed over on Xmas eve. I would like us to try again but as soon as we have a good time she puts the barriers up until the next time. Neither of us break the cycle. It is a bit like stepping in and out of a time machine. I have tried meeting other people but that hasn't worked. As soon as I start feeling OK and that I should move on she is really nice and I go back to stage one. At one level it would be so much easier if she just met someone else but she always appears to keep the door open just a bit. I just have this feeling of being in no mans land and get very confused and angry on occasions. Its really difficult planning anything. So any help advice or just a sympathetic ear would be appreciated.

my fiance and I have had this argument about 10 times now. Whenever he is away, (we don't live together) sometimes it's so difficult to talk on the phone to him because he just sits there. Then I get upset so I just sit there and noone says anything. Then he gets all defensive about it if I complain about it. I know this is a typical guy thing and that talking on the phone is not on most guys top 10 favorite things ever list. But last night he just got SO mad and said he feels like he trys SO hard but always disappoints me and that he sucks as a boyfriend. Which is of course not true. I've told him before that I just feel like he doesn't really want to talk to me or that the only reason I get upset is because he gets so mad about it...anyway, I tried to apologize last night and he wouldn't even txt me back and he's still mad at me today so I don't know what else I can do...

I have just spent the weekend with my bf in berlin. it was a present from him for my birthday. we haven't been seeing each other for very long and i was a little bit overwhelmed with his generosity but i went. we were having such a good time for the first couple of days but then i got drunk and messed up. i am a self harmer and have a mental illness. i have been honest with him since the start about it and so far he has been a great support.

we went out and had a couple of drinks but i ended up having a black moment and lashed out at him. i ended up cutting myself in the hotel room. he was understandably upset and we had a row. he barely spoke to me all the way back, although did sit and hold my hand on the plane. i know i have really hurt him and think he may be about to finish things because i am too much to cope with. i know i am totally in the wrong but i am really starting to fall for him and will be devestated if he finishes this. have i messed this up? what do i do now?

My husband walked out on me and the two kids, 3 and 7, for another woman. The friends immediately began to invite him and the other woman to events. No, I am not a horrible person and they express sympathy but still support him with their friendship and acceptance of what he has done. I have seen this before. If a wife leaves the husband for another man, she is a huzzy and excommunicated from the group, "Poor poor John, good riddance for the witch." I don't get it. Is it just sexism, pure and simple? And the woman are the worst offenders.

Wife of 5 years (we have kids) wants to divorce and force a sale

I recently gave my boyfriend the key to my apartment as a Christmas gift, mostly because his water is off at his house and because I trust him. Since then I've been noticing that he's been leaving his clothes and his shoes behind. He's always spent the night and always took his cloths with him when he left now all of a sudden I notice that he's leaving his things there on purpose.

A part of me doesn't mind but another part of me is wondering what's his agenda. I know that a lot of times when women leave things behind it's to make their presence known in case someone should wonder if he has a girlfriend or not. It's not that I couldn't just hide his things in the closet if need be, although I'd have no reason too. But why do guys leave their things behind??
