I went to a Sikh wedding a year or so back. We didn't throw confetti at the wedding ceremony itself, but at the reception in the evening, the Dohl player entered the room, with the bride, groom and their families behind and we threw confetti as they all came in. I hope this helps!

Flowers are thrown at the couple during the wedding ceremony. Confetti can be used afterwards for reception etc but it's nt a ritual and is optional.

Yes confettis are thrown, although flower petals are used too. ask the bride/groom to be sure as they might have something else in mind
