I liked this girl, we were good friends, but I never pursued to ask her out or tell her how I felt because I knew she was in a relationship with this guy for quite sometime and I respected that. So anywho she dumps him and goes for his best friend, nobody really knew this, not even me, or her ex. So I thought she was single, she even hung around me an awful lot, almost every Saturday Night she would come over to my house, just the two of us. I thought for sure she was single and that she really liked me as well.

So I tells her I like her, I assumed she was still single, then she tells me that she is seeing someone else, and that she liked me as well and she wished I had said somethin during a time when she was with her ex boyfriend.

Why would she expect me to tell her I like her when she knows well enough that I'm aware she's in a relationship with someone. I never felt so mislead in my life, I felt so depressed afterwards, it took me months to get over it.

I asked a close female friend that we need to lose contact for awhile(no time limit set)-so that I can get over my feelings for her. She said that she don't deserve my feelings. She also said “If thats how you feel sweetheart,ok and that maybe you do need time out”.She only wants to be friends.The conversation ended with an argument, with her calling me 2 faced and selfish.(asked her if she ever felt anything for me and for her to be truthful).Why would she call me this? Me and my partner have been 2gether for 8yrs. Since we were both pretty young. We got a house 2gether and have discussed the future together.
Lately, he has been off wiv me, he has had a go at me for spendin a lot of time over my mums at xmas and supportin a family member wen they were low.
We have a few months were everything is fantastic. then its goes **** up for ages. I feel confused! This whole Great for a month sh*t for 4 months has been going on 4 ages! HELP!

My fiance & I are paying for our own wedding, so we chose to keep the wedding party small, and guest list to family & close friends. Now, six months before our wedding, the bridesmaid pulled out. So we have a bride, groom, best man, maid of honor, and a groomsman.

I'm debating whether to ask someone to be a bridesmaid, or to just leave it with just us (bride & groom) and the best man & maid of honor. If so, I don't know how to tell the groomsman that basically, he won't be in the wedding anymore.

What's the proper etiquette in this situation...and any suggestions on how/what to do?

I am 22 and from france, I have met a wonderful girlfriend who is american. I like her a lot, but my friends and family are furious that I am going out with a "culturally shallow, unophisticated american" is how they put it.

When ever she mets my friends and girlfriends "girls that are my friends" they dont speak in english to her and they make fun if her culture.

My ex wife and I got a divorce about a year and a half ago. I found out she had an affair with a supposed friend. After I found out we talked and were going to try and work things out but while i thought she was getting help she cheated again and left me and our two boys. After the divorce she asked about getting back together but i just couldn't forget all that she had done. It has now been over a year since the divorce and she now has another child by someone else and lives with a guy that is not the childs father. Now again she has been asking if I want to try and work things out. We have two boys together that live with me. When she asks I always think of them because all I want is to make them happy and if having there mom back does that then I will try. I still have some feelings for her but i still can't foget all that she has done. Plus she has a child by someone else which makes things even harder. So should I try and work things out for us and our boys or just move on.

I really like her but she hates me...what should I do!?
There's a girl in my class who I really like. We used to like each other for a while even though we didn’t talk that much. Anyway, it now seems like she really hates me for no reason and I think that she knows that I still like her. When I start talking to her she tries to ignore me... well I don't know what going on cause she asked me last week whether I hate her. Should I just talk to her and ask her whether she doesn't like me tell her that I feel like she ignores me or is it a bad idea?!

....you asked them to call and get more gas for your propane heater a week ago and they called you today (while you were at work) cussing you out for not getting any, because it ran out and they were at home (in your house) and cold.
