I liked this girl, we were good friends, but I never pursued to ask her out or tell her how I felt because I knew she was in a relationship with this guy for quite sometime and I respected that. So anywho she dumps him and goes for his best friend, nobody really knew this, not even me, or her ex. So I thought she was single, she even hung around me an awful lot, almost every Saturday Night she would come over to my house, just the two of us. I thought for sure she was single and that she really liked me as well.
So I tells her I like her, I assumed she was still single, then she tells me that she is seeing someone else, and that she liked me as well and she wished I had said somethin during a time when she was with her ex boyfriend.
Why would she expect me to tell her I like her when she knows well enough that I'm aware she's in a relationship with someone. I never felt so mislead in my life, I felt so depressed afterwards, it took me months to get over it.

Thanks for the responses so far, I'm no longer depressed over this anymore and I have moved on. I got no time for people who act the way she does, and yes she does think I'm gonna be her Plan B if her current fling fails, because she even said to me when I told her I liked her, "ohh never say never, we could be together someday". I'll never get involved with her ever, ill never trust her and I got no time for people like her.

You sound like a pretty some person, she is not a trust worthy person , if she goes out with someone else and in a relationship with a bf. She did lead you on, be careful about believing what she says, you deserve better than this. I think she is trying to keep you on a string, in case she finds herself again without a bf.

Well sounds like she is with someone unless someone better comes along.She would be a waste of time.I mean either a girl likes/loves the one she is with or not.And she sounds like a kind of girl who will cheat or just hop from one guy to the next.
You were lucky to miss that boat.Find someone else and move on.

She's a delusional self-involved slut who is trying to use you to stroke her own ego. Why would you even want to be around someone like this? Why even waste time being depressed about someone who isn't even worth you time? Get on with your life and go find someone else.

Because she likes to havE alot of attention and if you were with here she'd probly do you the same way.Sounds like a snob.
