He gets really paranoid when I talk to other men. Once when I went to a male friends house (someone I've known longer than my boyfriend) and he found out he went crazy. We split for a few days until he came round. Another incident occured when we were in a pub with friends and I was talking to another guy; my boyfriend went crazy and started a row in the middle of the pub. Yet he often goes out with his friends and their girlfriends and even gives the girlfriends lifts in his car. I'm not paranoid or suspicious so why is he? It really gets on my nerves and after one of his episodes it takes us ages to get back to normal and forget about it (I get snide comments for about a week) Anyone else have this problem? I've NEVER cheated on him and wouldn't dream of it but it's getting to a point where I feel like I have to justify why any male comes within 50feet of me and I don't think I should have to. I don't want to leave him, just need a way to reassure him.

I work in a hospital and it is disgusting how many females come in to get checked because of domestic violence.. what would drive a man to do something so sick and cowardly?

My boyfriend has expressed to me that he is not ready to settle down or to be tied down. He said he is commited to me in his own way by being faithful to me and when he says he will call me or he will meet me, he has never ever disappointed me in this way. He has always been pretty reliable, which I really like about him. Other guys in the past sometimes did not call when they said they would. He is always very honest even though it sometimes hurts but he says he prefers to tell me the truth rather than lying to me and doing bad things behind my back. Anyway, I am 2 years older than him, he is 26. He's a very ambitious person and he is aiming very high in his career. He says he is now at the stage of his life where he wants to focus on his career. We've been together for a couple of years but for the last year, it has been a long-distance relationship. I admit I have been quite pushy with him for more commitment but he says he isn't ready to give up all of his freedom. Should I worry?

I am 42 wife is 32, she is calling me a control freak, only becuase she fully hasn,t embrased the principles of married life, and still lives a very selfish "single persons" existance, wishing to put her friends first, before her family, when trying to establish quality time boundaries for us alone. she claims that I don't own her, I have always be a caring doting husband, and let her get away with domestic murder. she is lazy and does not behave like a wife, yet I love her very much. she has benign Multiple Sclerosis, and i feel she married me as future carer in case her health goes wrong

Married for 15 years. Found out Husband was cheating.....again (this makes #2 that I know about. He also cheated on me when I was 9 months pregnant, in the hospital, IN LABOR!!). He promised to stop then I found he was back to his old tricks, even put a profile on an online sex dating website. Total scum....The question is, should I feel guity for asking for EVERYTHING in the divorce? The house, kids, cars, money, benefits, retirement...even his dog. I am justified, right?
(Looks like i will get it all too)

Well I've been with my boyfriend for over a year and a few months and i don't really know if he loves and cares for me as he says he does.
We don't see each other alot and if i don't text him he doesn't text me. Sometimes two days past without him texting me...and when he's online he dont really chat with me.
I really confused and dont know what to do, i do really love him and think about him alot.
But i dont want to be with someone who dont love me back.
He's a really sweet guy, he makes me laugh when we're together, and if i am away he text me saying that he cant wait to see me when i get back, or keep asking when i'll be back. But that only happens when i am away, wish it was always like that!

Please help me!

...change his myspace from "single" to "in a relationship".

See, a girl left a very flirty comment on his page the other day so I asked him to change his status to "in a relationship" so people will know he is taken.
He DID change it today, and I thanked him.
However, my friend said that by me requesting he change it, I've become one of those pain in the a s s girlfriends that is possessive.

Was my friend right?? Should I have just left him alone, or was I correct in making him change his status.

I do not want him to start thinking I am a jealous nag.
