Cheats are dishonest people. There is a T.V. Program ( sky channel ) called cheats, it's about people who are having affairs behind their partners backs. The program follows them and exposes them to public humiliation as well as to their partner who confronts them on camera. It's cringingly embarrassing but it shows them up for what they are.

cheat are boy/ girl who say I love you to more than 'one' girl/boy
Cheats are also husband/wife who like somebody elses wife/husband.
In short, cheats are those who feel the grass is greener in the neighbour's garden and are never satisfied with their own garden
