whats the best way to get over a guy? he has a girlfriend so i want to let him go. and i see him everyday. we are friends so i still want to stay that way.

This one is tough as you cannot just turn off your heart strings and move on, you may need to find/make additional friends or join some sort of group to take your mind off this guy.
Don't jump into another relationship as yet keep it friendly as it would not be fair to the other person as you are still carrying a torch for your ex.

I think the best way to get over a guy in any situation is to get another guy. Even if this guy is only around to give you attention.

for me when it didnt work out with this one guy i was into i just hung out more with my single friends, but also try to find a hobby or anything productive to keep your mind completley busy. dont beat yourself up though. its cliche to say that everything happens for a reason, but its true. i feel your pain. i still see the guy everyday and he's friends with some of my friends but honestly you may never get over the feeling but you can make peace with the fact that you two never worked out. good luck, girl!

Get a big carton of your favorite ice cream, sit down on the couch with a movie that makes you cry, cry a lot, and then go wash your face to symbolize a clean start. Just be happy that you have his friendship.

Its not going to work Sugar.....let him go, and limit contact. Been there, done that, and just over it. Took a long time, but you'll get there in the end. He just wants his cake...don't let him have it. You're better than that.

we have the same problem.. except mine doesnt have a gf i have a bf though but i still like him not that its considered cheatin. but i think u should jus stay away from him for a while n then yeah
