My wife's 19year old daughter is not willing to move out. We don't mean to be unkind but she is a disaster. I would like to get some advise on the best way to go about getting her to leave. We are looking at having to take legal action to get this done. She is not on the lease and does not contribute anything to the household. (I mean she does not contribute absolutely nothing). She believes that she is entitled to stay as long as she likes, due to some fantasy, because she thinks that we won't do anything to her in order for her to go. We gave her a 5month notice to vacate so she could save her money and get a place to live. She keeps coming up with excuses not to move. Please Help!!!
Thank You for your time and response to this important matter.

Happy New Years:),

I'm dating this Indian guy and he is a really cute nice guy, but he is really distant. He says its b/c of work (started a new job), but he doen't call me often. I don't know if he's expecting me to make the moves either but it is annoying. Everytime I try to just break it off, he keeps running back telling me he wants to be w/me and give it a chance, but again the distant thing is so annoying. Should I just leave and not tell him? Help me out guys:>

I would like to make my invitations a little more creative versus getting addresses printed. Has anyone ever learned calligraphy or some other form of creative handwriting that would be beneficial? Suggestions?

At school we always go out onto our feild to walk around. Well it just recently rained and there way mud everywere. As I was walking with my friends I was a little behind them so I decided to run to catch-up. As I ran I slipped and fell on the ground. My pants tore on a rock and my knee began to bleed. Well It just so happens that my crush was watching me on the otherside on the feild. I know he likes me but he is one of those "bad boys." So I don't know if he would laugh at me or be worried. What do you think he did? And say some words to calmm me down. PLEASE!!

me and my boyfriend broke up b-cuz i cheated on him and i really am sorry,i told him that more than enough time but it must not be enough when he didn't except me back yet.yeah i was wrong and i have to deal with what i did for the rest of my life but it truely was a mistake "every makes mistakes"i realized i love him,i want to be with no one else but him.his heart belongs to me thats how i feel b-cuz even though he aint give me another chance,we still makes the same eye contact, and he do certain things that let me knows he still do like me,besides that he talk to other girl that hurt me but can i blame him,sad to say no i can't ,the best thing i possibly can do is move on, only theres something pullin me back.

My boyfriend's sister is one of my best friends. We were friends after him and I started dating. A few days ago his sister told me that she is "seeing" one of his really good friends but the friend hasnt said anything to him. My bf is really protective over his sister and is one of those people who hates it when he is out of the loop. He would get more mad knowing that I knew the entire time than knowing from the beginning. I decided last night to tell him although he couldnt say anything which would be really hard. He was really upset and now I feel horrible for telling but yet he was my bf before she was a friend. It put me in a really bad predicament. Any thoughts??

We were as close if not closer than sisters, due to some weird circumstances I had an extra working cell phone when she had no phone at all so I gave her the phone on the condition that she pay for her use of the phone. $1000 later she never gave me any money and I took away the phone. Is it worth it to fight for the money, should I just walk away from this friend, or do I forgive and forget and keep the one person I feel truly understands me?

...everything was fine, untill i found out about his ex-gf. They met, and six months later we're living together, a year into the relationship he asked her to marry him. through out their relationship she cheated on him 7 times. He always took her back. Finally after 2 years of being together they separated and 4 months later me and him met. We've been on and off for almost 2 yrs now. We don't fight, we don't argue that much, the relationship could be perfect only if he would try a little harder. When we break up it's b/c he thinks that if he commits to me, then i'll hurt him like she did. At least thats his EXCUSE. Well the past 3 months have been good, no breaks he says he wants to spend the rest of his life w/ me and we talked about living together and marriage. He broke up with me four days later, the excuse this time was that he doesn't want to commit EVER, TO ANYONE!? I don't think that he means that, i think he's running from it. Do I wait untill his ready and not push him?

I'm the oldest of two girls and i'm in my 20's. My dad is naturally a "bossy" kinda dictator guy and my mom is naturally a control freak. For the past few years now, i've been given empty promises and realized that i've been dependent on them (for my age) and have started to change routes. In my teen years, i was rebellious and selfish, then i went through an "obedient" phase with them - and now i want to balance those two - do what i want and need to do without disrespecting them. I feel like i can't do anything without them freaking out, bossing me around, getting "too involved" in my life, giving me unnecessary drama, negativity and guilt-trip, and a lecture. If i don't "listen" to them word by word, my mom breaks out into this "actress" and does the whole, "fine - do whatever you want. i'm only tryin to help" even though i know deep inside what I'm doing is RIGHT FOR ME. Why are they like this and how do i change this?

In High School, I had my share fare of flings with females..... but once I got into college I haven't been the same. I 've been giving every girl I meet the cold shoulder except for my close friends that I know nothing will happen with. Anybody got an idea of what's going on with me?

I wasn't physical, but we both were drinking and I was mean. The day she kicked me out she told me I would have to make other permanant living arrangements. I've been living on a friends couch for right now Yesterday she called me for the first time saying she just wanted to ask me something real quick, she did and then we chit chatted and began to talk about more serious subjects. She told me how upset she was about me getting so angry and how it scared her and made her question our future together and I just listened and apologized. I promised not to drink anymore (this has happened one other time in two years). She said she still wants her space right now and not to call her, but she also said that she wants me to let her know before I make a permanant move and begin paying for my own place. I don't think she her mind up as far as what to do yet. What can I do to persuade her I am really sorry and it wont happen again, while still maintaining her space? Will things work out?
