She has been married at least 3 times and has 4 children. They cant tell me anything. She was born in the Time, Pike Co., Il area and 2 of her children still live here.

I spend a great deal of my time on my genealogy. Here are several options to look up - www.familysearch.org (Church of Latter Day Saints - famous for their records), archive the local newspaper for obituaries since they list family names, www.ancestry.com and also the federal social security death index.
My family has a Yahoo Group so try searching for the family last name or the location. You'd be amazed how you find on there and the information they have.

If she drew social security, you can look her up in the social security death index and find her record. The record will have her birth name, place of birth, and info about her parents. That's the best place to start.
A good library with a government documents section can help you out.
