But when I don't agree with his choices, I worry if I step in to help, I am stepping on his toes? How can I use my strength to fortify our marriage without emasculating him?

Okay, I was at the computer today, my mum wanted me to do a favour for her and then she started being really paranoid, saying: But what if a new wallpaper slows down the computer!?!? and then i sighed and told her truthfully, but then she started lecturing me about being snappy and stuff like that then my little brother came in annoying me and i told him to shut up, and then my mum said leave her. and then she talked about me and what i 'did' to my little brother! She always does this when I get into trouble, and it makes me feel embarrassed and even more so, annoyed about it.
How do i stop her from bitching about me and tell her it's really starting to annoy me a lot?

Right i met this guy through work (same council, different dept) over a month ago. We have met up a few times and i think he is great, gorgeous, sexy, pure muscle, just lovely. He was straight with me from the start, has a 3 yr old daughter, who is said he spends most of his free time with. I thought i was ok with that. But since we have had a break from work over xmas, he hasnt phoned once. I called a 2x over xmas day and just got his voice mail. The on the 27th he txted and said sorry, his ex had hiden his phone, read his messages and he had only just got them. The plot thickens. I had previously asked what he was up to on NYE, and he said he was going to a private party (not inviting me), then on the 29th he txted and sai it was time to be honest, and he is working 2 jobs, he didnt describe what the other was but now says he's working NYE in a club.
What do i do? It is all just lies and he's still with his ex?
I reALly want him not to be lieing, cos hes great...

My parents are "disagreeing" again; which is nothing new. They have been fighting all my life. My dad has thyroid disease and diabetes and he was in a bad accident years ago that caused him to break 9 bones and lose his spleen. The doctors thought he'd never walk again. my mom is on lots of medications, she has a muscle disease (fiber mialaga) , two herniated discs, and she's suffering from depression. Therefore, they are both always in constant pain and miserable. My dad is known to be very verbally abuse, I'm guessing as a result from the way he was raised. I am unaware of the full story on that. But I do know my mom raised herself and when her mother was there, she would beat her and was very physically and verbally abusive to her. Her father was an alcoholic and drug abuser who died 4 years ago from emphysema and had hepatitis B and C. He was also schitzophrenic. So both of my parents are unhealthy and kind of screwed up. I also have been abused physically and verbally by my parents and brother and perhaps this is the aftermath from the way the were raised. Yesterday, my parents were arguing about CARS. my dad wants to get rid of his truck and get a cheap, affordable car that will be less harsh on mileage. My mom said we can't afford a new car. We just bought a brand new 07 ford fusion and I just bought my 03 ford focus under their name as well. My mom and dad always go for a walk together and my mom got sick of arguing with him and she split and went the other way around the block and walked home. My dad, of course, walked home and he LOCKED the door. She came home and noticed the door was LOCKED and she left and went to her friend's house and parked the car at family pizza. Her friend picked her up and shortly afterward, my dad drove by looking for and she came home. My mom tends to make more drama then is really necessary. She told him she's going to work new years eve and day. ie. she didn't need to drive off, she didn't need to say she's going to work. Half of the time; she'll say she's gonna do something and not do it. Now we're arguing because no one can figure out what to do on this holiday. We just need something to keep us busy today, 2maro I go back to work.

I'm a Senior in high school beginning of the year decided I was going to try to make new friends with people, everybody but one group especiallyI was invited to work on a school project with this group it went very well better than I ever could have hoped for they liked me we really connected and it seemed like they were really accepting me, one of them even said that they were worried about working with other people because the people in the group were the only ones they felt comfortable with, and I was one of them. But I was too shy to ask to sit at lunch with them. Since then I haven't really talked much since, i kind of got in the mentality that it was over so I stop talking to people. Anyway I got to work on a project with a member of a rival group to these people who was also inviting, but I decided not to sit with them all the time because I didn't want to get involved in looking like i chose one over the other, since they've both been equally inviting and I consider the people in both groups at least acquaintances, and, in all fairness, I can no longer sit with original group, so i don't go to lunch anymore. I'm still a friendly acquaintance but with half the year gone and only 5 months to go I have basically given up

I asked a simular question like this on here before, but not many people answered it. So I decided to ask it again. Me, my sister and my friends moved into this house about a year ago. A while ago, these kids had to move in with us, we don't live with any parents, and the s r never here. We these kids. We would do anything to get rid of them. We try teasing them hoping that they'll leave and never come back. Sometimes we feel like hurting them very badly. They get on our nerves all the time. The oldest is 20, we don't bother with her, but when we tease or make fun of the little ones, they always run to her, then she'll yell at us and she'll be mean to us. The youngest is 6, but he looks like he's 2 or 3 maybe. We tease him because of his height. We keep asking him why he's so small, but he won't answer us which makes us mad. Sometimes i just feel like hurting him. We want these kids out of this house. What should we do to them to get them out? They don't deserve a family.

Okay I have this friend who I have known since high school. Me and her are always hanging out and doing stuff together. Everytime we chill though sometimes she goes on and on about her b/f and all of these guys who like her even when I dont ask. Plus she calls me constantly. What I dont get is if you have b/f why would you be calling and hanging with your buddies more than him? I mean dont get me wrong I dont have nothing against having a relationship and buddies but usually when someone enters into a relationship I would expect the time with your friends to decrease not increase. I would be heated if my girl was talking to another guy and chilling with them more than she did with me. I guess what I'm trying to ask is this just a game to make me jealosu for no apparent reason or does she have another motive behind it?
