This guy I like didnt date me long but he said that he was a "wishy-washy" person and changes his mind a lot. He said that us dating was fine he just doesnt want to date anymore. Why do guys do that and why would he not want to be with me when everything was fine?

This is meant to be a serious question! I really want to know how woman get sex appeal! I am 21 and as I look at friends from high school they just scream experience (sexually) which seems to bring more of a womanhood about them! I am 21 and still a virgin which lowers my confidence to find a good man because sex is what's hot on the market! I don't understand. How do you get that womanhood about yourself or that sex appeal instead of everyone saying that you are just cute?

I don't think I really have any friends. I mean, I don't hang out with people after school, or on the weekends. Sure sometimes I talk to people at school, but thats it. In middle school I had some friends but when eighth grade came that dissapated. I had another friends but now in tenth grade thats starting to disappear too. What do I do to make some friends and keep the old ones? We have no classes together and the school has a lot of students.

All i ask of him these days is that he clear away his own cups and plates etc and puts his rubbish in the bin. The only thing he does if im lucky is to put his dinner plate in the dishwasher. Usually there is rubbish left lying on the table and his glass. By his bed there can be a pile up of empty bottles of coke or cartons of juice and of course at least one of his coffee mugs(there would be more but im the mug who takes them away) and not forgetting his pile of dirty clothes that he leaves throughout the house...BUT god forbid i havent cleaned his work clothes or he doesnt have clean socks, if it wasnt for me they would be piled up at the side of his bed also!!
I know what you are all gonna say...stop moaning but seriously im fed up with feeling like a servant in this house. I only want him to lend a hand with small things as i do the rest, i dont think im asking too much!!
Im having a rant coz im seeing another whole year of this and no change!!!!
Who else feels the same?

If a man says he likes your top coz it was punk and he likes punk rock, you like all the same bands, he blushes when you compliment him and looks down and smiles when you say hi to him does this mean he likes you a lot? And if he asks lots of more personal questions about family and smiles when I said I dumped my boyfriend. He also tells me personal stuff about himself and once when I was talking to another man he couldn't get me out the room quick enough and winked at me when the other man wasn't looking? Anybody got ideas on this? We are both in our mid thirites so please no suggestions of jumping on him etc!

I'm a professional massage therapist, nationally certified and state licensed, with nearly double the CEU's required to maintain my professional standing. Up until now, I've hesitated to tell a new guy what I do, because I didn't want to have to wonder if he likes me for ME, or if he's more interested in my skills.
Just this morning, a very good (male) friend told me that he'd have a problem dating a massage therapist, and that in his opinion, 50% of the guys 'out there' would too....
Could he be right? Or am I correct in believing that men might be more interested in dating a woman if they knew she was massage therapist rather than, say, an administrative assistant or sales associate?

(And absolutely NO offense intended to administrative assistants or sales associates! I've been both in the past, and I have to say: I've never seen men's eyes light up when I told them that I'm an office worker....)

I have been dating a very nice girl for about a month. We have fun together, but are not really compatible. I came to the decision today that I want to "just be friends" and it happens to be New Year's Eve. We had tentative plans to meet at a party. I now plan not to attend. Myself and my wife, and a married couple (our friends) are both having problems with our spouses. In each of our cases, one is a responsible, active, satisfied personality and the other is never happy, irresponsible and lazy.
The difference is that I'm the responsible one in our relationship, and in their's, it's her!
Obviously, it's the old 'Opposites Attract' saying that brought both couples together, but both marriages are now failing.
Although it's never come up, I am almost certain we would all be happier if I was with the girl similar to me, and the other two similar (Equals) were together.
But where does that leave the 'Opposites Attract' idea?
And does age make a difference? (we're about 8 years older than the other couple)

Please bear with me - this might seem disjointed. My wife and I have been married for 4 yrs-together for 6. During that time, she has cycled btwn bouts of depression and euphoria, but always to a mild degree. On Oct 29th (8 wks ago) she wrote one of the most incredible love letters I have ever seen. A week later, at dinner, we had a small argument over a petty topic. 3 days later she leaves town for business (she works in another state). A week later she calls and says she doesn't know if she wants to stay married to me. Afew days later I find out she just started an affair w/ a married co-worker. I got served w/ divorce papers 3 weeks ago. We have had no communication for 2 wks now. Last time we talked she showed no remorse for her actions. She and her new lover are now skiing in canada and she is spending her money like no tomorrow. I have moved out of house, my finances are secure (we always had seperate accts). Is she BP? Is this a manic phase? How long will it last?
