Well it certainly sounds like he likes you ... don't build up too much expectation though, just keep spending time with him and if something is going to develop, let it take its course. If you plan for it, that's when it usually goes pear-shaped. Good luck!

I would definitely say there's a spark there!
There would be no point in all the compliments etc if he really wasn't interested. Why not go bowling together or something like that and see what happens.
Take it a step at a time but from what you've told us...sounds like you like him alot too!!
Hope all works out for you.

Come on! If someone asked your advice on this what would it be! OK I'll go along with it and reaffirm what you already know... Y E S he definitely likes you, and I get the impression you are happy about this, so just do whatever comes naturally to you, ask him if he wants to go out for a drink with you or to go and see a film or punk rock concert or whatever you would like to do for a dreaded first date. Go for it, you're onto a winner.

you are soooo blind.
let me answer your question with another question.
If a guy goes to the supermarket and buys some food, then he comes home and cooks the food, then he puts the food on the table, then he puts a napkin around his neck, then he picks up his knife and fork, then he licks his lips.
What do you think he wants to do to the food?
I dont believe that you are that clueless as to what is going on with your male friend. You are just trying to show off that you have an admirer.
Even stevie wonder can see what is happening here.

If you're in your mid thirties why are you seeking advice. Surely by now you know your own mind and if you make an error of judgement so what. Life is too short to dither, go for it and best of luck.

hi
Well it certainly sounds like he likes you a lot....also that he is perhaps a bit on the shy side....keep doing what you are doing and let things take their course...he may run a mile if you 'push' too much... if you get the chance you can drop something into the chat about how you like him...he is maybe wondering just as much about how you feel as you are about him!!....Good luck!

Sounds like he fancies you dear :P
However, i'd just play it extremly flirty with him, go half in and half out of the 'friends zone' then hopefully something might happen which indicates his feelings for you :]
Goodluck!

Why don't you just talk to him? I mean at the end of the day he is only one who really knows what he meant by any of this, just pluck up the courage and ask him.
