Since a death, nearly a year ago, the executor (who also has power of attorney) has not shown a copy of the Will, has not filed the death with the county, sold the house for a seemingly very low price, and becomes very angry when questioned for any details. He has also not given any sort of accounting of the deceased's assets. Aside from hiring a lawyer, are there public records accessible to learn the actual sale price of the house, where the assets of the deceased were filed, etc? Any other advice is appreciated as well.

My EX gf is pregnant, she was cheating on me for quite a while, Im not sure if the child is mine. I havnt spoke to her since we split up in june. i last slept with her around about mid April. One of her friend told me she pregnant and moving to italy with the bloke she was with when she was cheated on me. What shpould i do befor she moves in Jan, because if the child is mine ill never get to see it.

My husband had an affair. i am trying to forgive because for some reason I still love him. He has been great at supporting and expresses true remorse and guilt. My problem...I have good and bad days and on my bad days I grill him for details about the tramp and their sex. Do I really want the answers, or need the answers. It always upsets me, but I can't stop and then he gets angry and/or frustrated and says he is tired of this and wants to put it behind us. He says he wants to be ( I have given him plenty of opportunities to do what would make him happy). But he also says he is tired of answering the same questions, and will not live the rest of our life like this. What is it that makes him so angry for me to want to talk about it? He says it was just sex, thats all. Do I need to back off? Help me !

I have been w my guy for 3 years. He lives w me in my house. He has no driving licence or car, so I am chauffeur, in particular to take him to pick up his daughter from prev marriage, round trip of 4 hrs to collect on Fri or Sat, then again to take home on Sun, every other weekend. He has debts, too, but money isn't an issue between us. Originally we were going to have kids, now he's changed his mind, and it would be a struggle anyway, as I'd have to keep working as I pay the mortgage etc. (He does work, but pays £400 per month child support and paying off debts, too, plus is no good at managing money, so I would never rely on him for financial stability) I know there are probs in the relationship, and this is worse as my way is to talk, but he refuses to do so. My worry is that I am so emotinally needy that I have made him selfish, and because I don't rely on him on a practical level, he has stopped trying to do anything 4 me. Things were better at first, he made me feel special.

My grandmother has never been overly friendly to my fiance. He just moved back home with me so I could go to school. He was waiting tables at her restaurant part time while he went to school for real estate.

He hated the work environment and my nanny was rude to him. So, he politely put his 2 wk notice in and is now starting out as a R.E. Agent. The two of us could not be happier. He is SO good to me. But, I love nanny and we have always been close. She is really negative and has a terrible husband. Is this why she's rude to him? I have talked to her, but she doesn't care and continues to act this way. His family accepted me and is SO nice!

He is really upset about how she talks bad about him to my entire family and WON'T STOP! I love them both and want them to get along, but I can't expect him to like her. And she, no matter what, won't stop being a "B". Should I really have to pick? Is there something I can do? Why is she like that when he makes me so happy? Any help PLEASE!!

I have only met this man on the computer and talked to him over the phone. for a couple of months we talked everyday on the phone, but now it seems like he is not interested in me as much. But then on the other hand I think it could be because we don't really no each other. i have received messages from him everyday, but most of the time i get them when he is not online then it seems like we never get to talk. i hope when he comes home for leave he really gets what he wants and hope the he hasn't set his standards to high.
