1st thing, accept that the girl is gone, does not mean that you cannot get another new gal.
2nd thing, do some thing to make yourself feel good, don't sink into depression, depression is like a quicksand, it will only pull you into dispair.
3rd thing, go out there, get new friends, get some sunshine in your life. Be happy that you do not have to bother about how she think anymore.
4th, remember, what you want to forget , you will always remember, let time erase your wounds , relax and focus on other things. Your long forgotten friends? Your family and others?
Last thing, remember that you can always find your friends when you are in trouble, so don't ignore them. Good luck to you .

Can you not get her back? If not, join the club....time will heal. And when you get back on your feet, you will find another to be deeply in love with.
But don't think that other will go completely away, but it will eventually become a very fond memory that makes you smile.

Simon, we've all been through it. And got over it, just as you will.
The best medicine for getting over a woman is another woman.
When you feel the tenderness of another woman's body against yours, the healing will begin. Trust me on this.

I think you should go to counselling and focuss on your interests.. and if you lost all your interests you should sit down and try to remember what you loved before you lolved her and then jump back into it. It hurts, but it will get easier.

That's what unrequited love does to us. If since your break up, you find that "doing your life" is very hindered, there's nothing wrong with at least talking it over with someone who can help.

tell yourself this: if it's meant to be yours, it'll come back to you. if it's not meant to be yours, feel happy that she was a passerby who added colourful moments and let you have a taste of love in your life.

cheer up! rocky pathway, this is life. a light is ahead of you,so live for the day.
