My grandmother has never been overly friendly to my fiance. He just moved back home with me so I could go to school. He was waiting tables at her restaurant part time while he went to school for real estate.
He hated the work environment and my nanny was rude to him. So, he politely put his 2 wk notice in and is now starting out as a R.E. Agent. The two of us could not be happier. He is SO good to me. But, I love nanny and we have always been close. She is really negative and has a terrible husband. Is this why she's rude to him? I have talked to her, but she doesn't care and continues to act this way. His family accepted me and is SO nice!
He is really upset about how she talks bad about him to my entire family and WON'T STOP! I love them both and want them to get along, but I can't expect him to like her. And she, no matter what, won't stop being a "B". Should I really have to pick? Is there something I can do? Why is she like that when he makes me so happy? Any help PLEASE!!

Never let someones opinion drive a wedge into your relationships. when your opinion towards your man changes on it's own then take notice of your own feelings and not of someone Else's. I bet he really loves you, and I bet he's really afraid you will dump him just because someone else has formed a opinion of him.if you do this then you may as well ask her to pick all your future romances.
