I wondered if this good girl friend liked me by her actions, so I asked her if she was flirting with me. She said no, and we discussed being more than friends. She brought it up several times, and eventually I told her I want to be friends, but I could see myself with a girl like you. She laughed it off then and changed subjects. Anyway, since then, we have become closer and closer, and now she jokes and touches me like I am her boyfriend. We are still friends, but it seems as if we are now close friends. Is our friendship growing, or is it something more that is growing?

I'm 25 and have been communicating with this girl online (through JDate.com) who's 24 yrs. old. We had been having a great time emailing back and forth for almost a week. Finally, we set a time to speak on the phone yesterday and we spoke for almost two hours. We were having such a good time that the topic came up where I told her I thought she has a very nice smile, nice eyes and just seems to appear unique through her pictures. She told me I had a sweet face. Also, she mentioned how couples have similar faces and something about how both of our faces are round shaped and that we just look similar. This was after I asked her...does this mean she likes me or is she just being nice? I mean, what girl doesn't call a guy she likes, cute?

My husband is a very selfish person. He expects me to take care of him, take care of the house, pay all the bills, work full time, and have a business on the side.
He never takes me out. He has only gotten me two gifts in the whole almost 3 years of our marriage. He has never gotten me flowers, ever. He never cooks for me. Never even sends me e-cards. If I need help with something and ask, he either ignores the question or says no; then expects me to help him whenever he needs it. He won't go to counseling. He won't go to church. He won't even call his friends.
Could he be depressed and selfish? Just depressed? Just selfish?
I want this marriage to work, but I am emotionally empty. I no longer feel what I used to feel for him.
We don't have children (he says we are not ready), although I want some so bad I cry by myself at night.
What can I do?

Answers is subject to these Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time.
Format
Yahoo! Answers is a place for people to ask and answer questions in order to share knowledge. As such, please keep your postings to a question and answer format, or they may be deleted. Age Restriction
Yahoo! is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children. For this reason, parents of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access to the Service must create a Yahoo! Family Account. When you create a Yahoo! Family Account and add your child to the account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child/children listed on the Yahoo! Family Account. By adding a child to your Yahoo! Family Account, you also give your child permission to access many of the Services including email, message boards, and instant messaging (among others). Please remember that the Service is designed to appeal to a broad audience. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.
