It means they can't see past the surface. The see a "beautiful", "hot", "sexy" girl and don't see she is dumber than a pile of bricks and selfish. But if they see a not so atractive girl who is smart, sensitive and caring, they won't give her the time of day.

People who are shallow minded are those who seem unable to value or consider anything beyond the material/tangible- they are concerned with appearances, monetary achievement, social status (but even that is getting "sophisticated" for them). Typically, shallow people are very boring and stupid, immature, and often greedy but so transparent and dull. Nobody likes them- they are tragically undeveloped.

Being superficial rather than having any depth. Perhaps as a result of not being very intelligent, or possibly by choice, as a result of a lousy attitude.

Very limited thinking other then what they know, feel etc. The person has a hard time thinking about anyone besides themselves.

They are superficial or materialistic. Normally they care more about a persons looks than peronality.
