A dad is a man who cares for his children and/or his wifes children. He provides for them and spends time with them. He does not need to be their biological father. He teaches them and helps them grow up to be responsible adults while making sure that their childhood is full. Being a dad is so much more than being a father.

A dad is not just someone who fathers a child. I believe he is a person who will then take care of that child, give the child the advice, and then be there when he is needed most.

A dad a real one, is an example of courage, caring, determination, support, understanding,inteligence, fairness, clarity.
A real father shows his sons many ways to grow up and to each son , discover his talents.
My father didn't show me this, I learned from another strong elder friends, who were friends of my father. And a wise boss when i was living in another country.

A dad is the male part of your parents. I'm not trying to gross you out or anything but he provides the sperm so that you will be born. He usually teaches you how to skate, play football, baseball (or any type of sports). If you do not have a father, you are called a
b@$%@^d! It is not a bad word if you use it in that term.

A biological father is the male who contributes sperm to create a baby. A Dad or Father is the man who is there for you. The one who teaches you to throw a baseball, rides you on his shoulder, teaches you to fix your car and helps you learn how to be a man. He is the one that stands by you, sperm contribution or not.

A dad is the male half of a married couple. His responsibilities are to provide a home, food and clothing for his family. He is also chief council, along with aide from his wife, in family decisions, arguments and problem solving. It is his obligation, along with his wife, to raise their children in a proper manner, with good moral standards.
