Well... You don't have to come right out and say "I like you". That should take some pressure off. :) Also, as nervous as you may feel when you ask her out, try to be confident. I remember being a young girl and being asked out. When a boy would come to me full of fear it really showed and made me nervous. Christmas is coming really soon. Why don't you go up to her and ask her if she'd help you go shopping for your mom or grandma. It's innocent, less pressure and the two of you could have a GREAT time with no expectations. Neither one of you will be worried about "the first kiss" and you can both be at ease. See if you two have a good time together. If so, continue to talk and then confess your liking for her. It's a smooth plan and you're likely to succeed in a real date in the near future. Good luck and God bless! I'll be thinking of you and praying for your happiness and success.

Just ask her. I have the same problem except I'm a 10th grade girl. I would love if my best guy friend (whom I think likes me) would ask me out. It can be frustrating waiting. So just ask. If she says no, remember it may be awkward for a few days, but then things will get back to normal. Good luck.

It's a common knowledge that practicing helps overcome any fear. I would also ask you to analyze your fear and that will also help you understand the roots of your fear. Once you know what causes the fear it's very easy to work on.

Be a man, man! If you really like her or whatsoever, you got to tell her the truth, if she says no. Then you have an idea what you are doing.

The only way to overcome any fear is to just do it. That goes for girls or skydiving. You just have to go for it.

take it slowly, and do not feel worried.
it's just a long way from loving her to getting her love, for she just wants time to feel your zealous love.
best wishes to you!
