Honey I would not only seek a separation I would go for a full blown divorce once a cheater always a cheater. I would also go after spouse support for all the lies he told about you. You can then make a fresh start. I put up with a man who cheated on me in the first few years of marriage and he had hit me . I had stayed for 22 years there wa more cheating and then he got violent with my children. That is where I drew the line. Take care of yourself and do not let him try to keep you hanging on. Just file for the divorce and then he is free to have his girly friend.
As long as you have been true to him you can site his cheating as the reason for the divorce and you should get all you ask for. May the Lord guide you and keep you.

tell him that you want a seperation and explain
why. If you see during the seperation that he
is still the same then you need to go the route
of getting a divorce as 7months cheating on you
is a long time and who knows if he will change
for you or not. Seperate for now and divorce
later if you see he is the same.
